I thought that it was UMK3 was in the regular package and MKT and UMK3 in the premium package. Oh well. Maybe its because of the disk space. MKT has more stuff and more characters than UMK3

Nope, there's nothing with regular, and UMK3 arcade with the premium edition. It doesn't have anything to do with disc space, neither game is large, its just what they decided to do.
