Well the title speaks for its self IMO it was quanchi's neck strech in mk:da

Ya, i hated that one to.
I also didnt like Ermacs "Cage Wannabe" fatality where he uppercuts your head off.

If we're talking Classic MK then MK3 Jax (Giant Stomp) was pretty rediculous.
As for worst move... MK3 Kano's strangle move is always good for a laugh. It doesn't look painful... it's just like he's agrevated with you and wants to shake you. But the noises the victim makes during the process is just too bizarre.

Moves:
Jax's multiple slam move in MK4/MKG, that move was nearly impossible to do, and it wasnt a great move anyways.
Kano's grab and shake in MK3, that was a weird looking move.
Strykers double bomb throw in MKT, it was only useful in juggles, but the lag time after throwing it made it useless, because a good opponent would capitalize with a devastating combo.
Reptiles slow orb in MK2/UMK3/MKT, I thought it was useless, its good to use only when the fast orb connects, so you can keep your opponent in the air for another hit.
Reptile's running elbow in UMK3/MKT, this move can be seen coming from a mile away, and when blocked, kiss your ass goodbye.
Cyrax's air throw in MK3/UMK3/MKT, it was damn near hard to connect with, and it wasnt worth the effort of trying to execute.
Kabal's ground razor in MKT, it changed from MK3, whenever Kabal gets hit while doing this move will make the razor disappear, even if the razor is less than an inch away from the character, unlike MK3/UMK3.
Rayden's grab and electrocute in MK2/MKT, this move was pretty hard to connect with, and sometiems even being right next to the opponent, the move still didnt catch them, the move didnt do much damage anyways, and holding HP didnt allow you to uppercut.
Kai's handstand in MK4/MKG, this move was a little triky to do, and the moves in that position werent great either.
Fatalities:
Sheeva's Ground Pound in MK3/UMK3/MKT, effortless fatality, it would have been cool if you could see the characters legs on the pit stages.
Ermac's Johnny Cage rip-off in UMK3/MKT, it's a damn ripoff!
Rain's Upside Down fatality in MKT, it was beyond pathetic
Reiko's Kick Fatality in MK4/MKG seemed pathetic, somebody's body falling apart from a kick, pretty dumb.
Lui Kang's Cartwheel fatality in MK1/MK2 is by far the worse one, it is beyond pointless, its just a super uppercut, worst fatality ever.
Reptile's Acid Spit in MK4, how the hell can he fly for no reason?
Kai's Fireball Deca in MK4, same as Reptile above.
Jax's Giant fatality in MK3/UMK3/MKT, extremely stupid, can't he just step on Shoa Kahn and save earth?
Smoke's Armageddon in MK3/UMK3/MKT, even though more of a joke fatality, it is stupid as hell.
Classic Sub-Zero's Black Out in UMK3/MKT, no need for explanation, everyone knows.

The worst Fatality was when MK4 came out. That was like a self Fatality for Mortal Kombat.

Quan Chi from MK:DA man was I pisses after that. Such a waste of a fatality IMO. Also in MK3 I believe sub-zero does his freeze missile but it goes up then comes downm i foudn it stupid as hell.

Any fatality that has to do with somebody's head getting decap off is dumb its just so lame whoopy do your head falls off tell me if im wrong maybe once or twice but there has to be about 30 of them in all the mortal kombat games i understand there are some fatalities they cannot put it but it is rated mature even if its sexually related they should come up with new ideas...although im sure the game will be banned or called back just like grand theft auto....but hey get the game once it comes out lol...but i can think of so many ideas for finishing moves etc...
