Probably Mileena or Sindel.
Depends on which characters are returning and which ones need to be unlocked. I'm listing in the way that if a character is not available then the next one will be my choice for first character to use in MKD.

Since Reptile is prably not gonna be a playable character, Im gonna have to go with Scorp.
