80% Completed???

If the game is 80% completed does this mean it wont be ready for October, i mean it less then a month and if its only 80% complete! it wont be ready for october will it! So i can see it being pushed back, making the UK release next year :(

The recent builds were 80% done. The final game itself should be in the 95-100% range right now.
