ok, so i was walking in the mall today, stopped into GameStop and asked them if they knew anything about the MK Kompilation, and the dude said, ya, it's coming out in October, and he said that the comp. he was searching in said MK6 came out on the same date as the komp. disc and that day was called Mortal Monday, and then we made love.

I really, really, really hope this is true. Someone should ask EbGames as well, for those of us without a GameStop.

I doubt it. Those guys don't always no what they're saying. They might be confused with the potential release date for MK6.

I am gonna have to kinda believe that, i wish it was true. The name they gave the day is pretty cool "mortal monday". That would be pretty cool. Actually that would be awesome because you can pick up MK6 and also the kompilation and play mortal kombat all day!! That would be so kool. To relive all those precious moments from the past!!

Will this compilations have MK4 or Gold? I hope they also add MK Mithology cause i didn't manage to clear the game i played it until the water level. If possible they could put MK Special forces (i didn't played it). I think they could put better graphics (just a little).

I played all mortal kombats excepts the gold and tournament edition.

Correct me if I`m wrong but in order to have a mortal monday, doesn`t the day have to be the same as the month, as in 10/10/2004. If so, that day is actually a Sunday.

I dont believe what anyone at gamestop/ebgames tells me anymore about games release date, they are wrong a lot of the times, and get this, one guy at ebgames even tried telling me that SNES wasnt getting UMK3 and was most likely to get MKT-- talking about way off.

To be honest I dont know anymore about MK6 or MK collection release date. The biggest reason is that Midway has not shown any screens (the baraka pic was a leak and wasnt the 1st offical pic from Midway) of either game neither have they offically announed either. I think most of the release dates flying around on the web today a just predictions that webs sites have guessed. In the end I hate to say it I just dont see MK6 coming out this year. Dont most biggames like MK get delayed once? The answer is yes. I think it will come out early next year.

Good point, I think I will wait for further evidence on how far along the game is in production before I guestimate when I think MK6 will come out.

Wasn't "mortal monday" the name associated with the release of either mk, or mkII?

Anyway, the game could have a long way to go, or almost be done for all we know. It's would be kinda interesting if they hardley released anything, and then boom then game just came out.

well, gamefaqs said 10/12/04 and they are realible i think... i think this has been announced or they would not have put it. but things are still subject to change so its not certain...

How could anyone rely on a date given so damn early in the year? How many dates were hopping around the callendar for MK:DA? Be patient.. I'm not looking forward to a damn day for MK6 - in fact - I look forward to what E3 has to offer in March. Maybe then we could get an "estimate" or possibly a confirmed *month.. but Im not depending on jack until MK6 is in my home.

I find it amazing that no web site nor anyone outside Midway know how much MK6 is complete yet people are giving it a release date -_-.By what means are people getting the releasedate for MK6? If itisnt from Midway it isnt very realible.To me it MK6 has a unknown release date till someone at Midway release a offical MK6 announment say its release date.

Frost, it funny becasue when I E-mailed midway costumer service about when the MKdeseption site was gonna be up and running, he mentioned that the games is slated to be released sometime in October of 2004, but I really dont know how much he knows.
