Being a PAL resident, i too have dealt with his person hands down and he is not a pleasent guy, girl, homo, or whatever he is due to the different alias.
People may think its a decent place to hang out (maybe it is i dunno, as i dont go there) but be warned of the consquences if you do anything wrong. You'll have your personal life targeted...
