I have no idea, but since there is one or two slots open left in MK: DA characters if 1 of those 2 slots are filled Kung Lao , I would think that he won MK: DA. If not I will place my bets on Sub-zero.

...Okay, Deadly Alliance wasn't a tournament. But if I had my bets on who lived/died, I'd say its a pretty high possibility Kung Lao killed Shang Tsung and Quan Chi got away scott free.

Yup. MKDA was a war against Shang and Quan, not a tournament, so there can not be a single winner. Both sides had their chances. I bet the good guys won, but we'll have to wait and see.

It would be very disappointing, if they do not add Kung Lao to the game since his the only one that seems capable in defeating the Deadly Alliance.

MKDA was a tournament held by the Deadly Alliance. I would think that Kung Lao won MKDA and he needs to be in MKD regardless of whether he won or not.

I agree with Illusion, but I also think Reptile may have lived, since he will return as The Dragon King.

It was Li Mei's bio I took that from. Although I assumed the rest of the characters were in the tournament too. If not, then where the heck did they all go after the intro when they set off to find the Deadly Alliance?

I think that Kung Loa did. I think he killed Shang Tsung and Quan Chi with the help of the Oni escaped from Scorpion's wrath. I still beleive that Reptile will have a huge role in MK:D. I also we may see the "real" orgins of Raiden.

Konquest mode already said it

Kung Lao and Kitana won. Kung Lao beat the snot out of Shang Tsung, and Kitana kicked Quan-Chi's ass.

Technically the just said kung lao and kitana faced off against shang tsung and quan chi, you never know, shang tsung and/or quan chi may have won. Anyways I dont even believe Li mei was in a true tournament, I think they were refering to the war in her bio when they said tournament, just a change of words.

I would say Kung Lao beat Shang Tsung and B' Rai Cho beat Quan Chi. If it was Kitana that one against Quan Chi it would be ironic that thew tow fighters that stepped up to save Earthrealm and Edenia aren't in the next game?

I think Kitana and Kung Lao won. Think Kung Lao killed Shang Tsung and Kitana defeated Quan Chi, probably with Kung Lao's help. But thats going by their ending which seem most logical to me.

But If that didnt happen, I reckon Shang or Quan doubled crossed the other and one of them got away. the other was defeated by either Kung Lao ir Sub Zero. I also think Mavado killed Kano, and Sonya became a general so is no longer in the running for the games.

I believe the tournament mentioned in Li Mei's bio was one held by the deadly alliance between warriors on their side. They needed the souls of great warriors to ressurect the army, and they decided to pick the strongest ones by holding a tournament.

I think that Kitana and Kung Lao both defeated Shang Tsung and Quan Chi; I also think that Nitara has something to do with it (her storyline was too short and simple for MKDA)

I think either Kung Lao or Raiden won DA. I think Shang is dead and Quan Chi got away.

I think either Kung Lao or Raiden won DA. I think Shang is dead and Quan Chi got away. I say Raiden because I think its about time they showed us why exactly he's a God.

Or he dropped his glasses, and when he tried to get back up, he got his necked snapped.

I think either Kung Lao or Sub Zero seem the most likely winners of MKDA. With one of them taking over where Liu left off as the hero of the series. But you never know, they could surprise us.

I can only hope is NOT Kung Lao!!!!

He is too much like "Liu Kang" for me. He will become the same character with the same hero story!

Please, anyone BUT Kung Lao!

If Kitana won I think it would be awesome! Its time to see a change and let the females kick some ass! But I doub she won.

ALSO, I hope it was not Sub-Zero....just because, omg, no. Its not right. IMO

There was no one winner in MKDA...as you can clearly see in alot of character's endings, the potential for MANY character endings to occur was the key point of DA, just like in MK4.
