Geez its been said and its highly doubtful. Why can't we have NEW characters!? If we see someone why can't we just say "Hey they will be a good edition"? Its a new character name Unknown for sure.

Yeah I personally think in MK7 Ben/Cobra could serve as a rival to Cage.

I think he is going to be a very good character. We just don't know yet.

I think Ben is a student of Johnny Cage. Mabey Ben could be just as stubborn as his teacher in Martial Arts is.

I think Ben would be too confident in his skills on Earth, but when he goes to Outworld with the rest of the Earth Realm warriors he changes his attitude.

Johnny Cage could have warned Ben not to travel to Outworld with the rest of the warriors who were to do so. Ben ignored Johnny Cage's warnings and went into the Outworld anyway.

This could be a good reason for Johnny Cage to return. Johnny Cage would know that Ben is not strong enough to battle against the Dragon King and his warriors so he decides to put everything on hold in Earth Realm and goes into the Outworld with another character to support Ben and protect Earth Realm from any further danger.

I really hate the "this new character's really that older one" rumours. Hopefully it'll never happen, too much like Scooby Doo.

Maybe he's friends with Johnny, but I don't see Ben/Kobra whatever being his student. He's the one character so far I really can't work out what the hell he's doing there. A lot of Earth's heroes look set to miss out, so how does a very generic looking karate champ (who's two outfits make him seem like the secret love child of Ken and Jin Kazama) get to Outworld to fight in MK?
