Scorpion no question has a great story line and hoping he gets revenge!

Definently Sub-Zero, such an awesome theme for a character.
I'm not fond of the 6 Sub-Zero things though.
I also liked Rain, I thought he had some damn good potential, especially as an Edinian.
Smoke also had great potential, if only they gave him some original moves.
But hands down Sub-Zero is the greatest for me.

Obviously Sub-Zero, and while polls may say Scorpion, and Ed Boon might also mention Scorpion as his favorite in the bio video, I'll tell you why he is, imo, the best MK "kharacter" ever.
He is the only character who has been on every single MK game, since Scorpion wasn't on MK3. Also, his looks and story have evolved the most out of every character, while Scorpion still looks pretty much the same and keeps the same tired story: looking for revenge. Sub-Zero even has his own video game, in which Scorpion is the first and easiest boss. Finally, it seems like Sub-Zero got two awesome fatalities in MK:D, while Scorpion got two bad ones that don't suit him.
Sorry Scorpion, you know I think you're cool and everything, but you are overrated and a little boring. Sub-Zero, congratulations, you deserve to be #1. Keep kicking ass!
While Sub-Zero may be the all around best, my favorites are actually Sindel, Jade and Mileena in no particular order. Sub-Zero follows them.

I definately like Sub Zero the best... followed closely by Baraka (funny how they both have only 2 moves in this game)

It's a tie between Noob Saibot and Ermac but I'm starting to like Havik a lot from what I've seen.

I 100% agree with your post. 2 things I need to clear though:
1o Sub-Zero has not been in every MK game. He was not in Mk1, that was the older Sub-Zero, killed by Scorpion. So no. They are 2 completely different characters with similar moves and the same name. No more.
2o While Sub-Zero has greatly evolved, there are others who have evolved as much or even more then him.

It matters not though, A Sub-Zero was still in every game, unlike any other character though.

Exactly. This is what I meant. And I know some characters have evolved just as much or more than Sub-Zero, but I just wanted to point out why I liked him over Scorpion, who hasn't evolved all that much.

Kano - ever since the original MK.

It isn't my favourite character... and I think that can be replaced... but the best MK kharacter now is... Subby (with Y of younger)
