Demonic form? Shang Tsung's a demon now?

Shang Tsung is from Outworld or Earthrealm (I don't think it has ever been confirmed which), and not from the Netherealm, hence, he can't be a demon.

There's been a couple of people on this page refer to Shang Tsung's "demonic form". I wonder why...

Because back in MK1 and MK2, Shang Tsung was referred to as a "demon sorcerer."

Back when they were designing MK2 one of the possibilities as to what Shang Tsung would look like was a demonic form. They even released the sketch they made of it in an old Electronic Gaming Monthly.. or GamePro.. one of those.. cant remember

maybe its just me but i never liked the fact that ermac had telekinetic power. it seems wierd to me for a ninja character but i do like ermac more than kenshi. as for sorcerers...i like them all but if i had to keep only one it would probably be shinnok or quan chi. i think shang needs a rest.

1) Who would you say is the best Telekinesis user, Kenshi or Ermac?

- Since Ermac taught him, it’s probably him for now. But we don’t know the extent of what either of them is fully capable of.

2) Which one should return and why?

- Either is fine with me, if I had to pick one I’d go with Kenshi. He’s newer, and there’s a lot that could be done with him.

But, I really like the way Ermac was brought back on his path of redemption. But I’d like it if he became less ninja, there’s really only one or two who it makes sense for them to appear ninja like and he’s not one of them.

3) Would you like to see a fusion of the two?
