Hey I hear ya. I tried making a post about what I thought about gameplay, audio, level design, etc. Almost nobody replied. You know how I could have got people to respond? Maybe put something about "Bring Kahn back" in the subject. But things ain't gonna change here. They never have.

But threads like create your own fatality are good I think.

Midway isn't going to take the ideas, but they are still fun to read.

I can see were your going. Most people were disspointed( I don't know why) with MKDA. If they were not impressed they should post what to improve in MK6.

P.S.I didn't like the kill off Cage thread either.

And its not just Cage, its Kahn, Ermac, Baraka, Rain, etc. Maybe there should be a sticky for who you do or do not want in the game.

Ur right tho, so many new threads lately, but not a lot of 'dp' worthy ones is the best way to put it.. at least IMO..

Unfortunately every board for any game usually will be at least 70% bad, regurgitated, or uninteresting topics. I'm not faulting anyone in particular it's just unavoidable when there's a large number of participants. What one person thinks is of utmost importance others brush off as pointless. The only alternative would be a board with very few people and would actually be worse in the long run. Imagine multiple weeks without any activity. At least with the amount of activity here there's a better chance of finding at least one topic worth adding to.

I think the main problem is that most people ran out of things to say. Rayrokka's topics about DA are filled with just about all that could be said for gameplay. At least I can't think of anything else. And there's been nearly nothing in terms of news regarding MK6 to discuss. Come E3, assuming MK6 will be there, there's probably going to be an improvement. Right now, people seem to just be making conversation.

Im not trying to sound high andd mighty, but I always always try to make interesting, correction very interesting threads. Even though Im not making threads to get dragon points, im just saying that mine are alot more interesting and get alot more responses than the rest. There is a reason why I got warrior with only 700 responses. Ive played all the mk games and have a general feel for mk from when I was very little. Versitile is right, you gotta come up with a little more than look how great soul calibur is (which i cannot see) or how dare johnny cage come back. Big deal. Look at the story line. He has a pretty good reason. Would I have done that, no. But thats why I dont work for midway, because im different. So type in a few suggestions like this one im trying to get people to hear but noone pays attention to, and I think this is the only good idea I came up with in the next game. Instead of a run botton, how about a botton where it makes the player walk at a secondary faster rate, and it will be popular becasue it will be part of gameplay and people can revert back and forth, back and forth, see the rythem. Ok peace out.

well, in my opinion, no matter how hard we try, there are gonna b topics like that on this forums and other MK forums. yeah, they piss me right off, but we can't rid of them. the mods might try to reduce the amount of them by closing the threads that are somehow illrelivent to the creative input this forum is about, like "kill off johnny cage!!", or "kabal must come back!!". But we can't shut these tools who post such crap up, that's dictatorship. the forum has been littered with them recently, so we should focus on the creative input, not the fanboyism, to stop MKO becoming a place for 12 year olds whinging about the lack of Brutalities in MK:DA.

I agree with what Versitile said. But you also have to realize that this is a fan board. If people wanna talk about what fatalities they wanna see in MK6 then they should have every right to do so. I'm not saying flood the board with them but let them have fun with it. I do agree that there WAY too many threads about who kills who or how they kill them but if that's what they're interested in that's what they'll talk about.You are interested in gameplay correct? Well post a thread on how to improve gameplay. I know u probably already have and it didn't do well. Try it again. People are only gonna reply to topics they think are fun,interesting, or something that's really gonna help this game. Make your thread and post some really good ideas and watch the people come running.
