Dan Forden is the man, his music is among the best in fighting games period. Especially for that darker tone which is unmatched, I've always been a huge fan of Dan's work.

I was looking at this a different way, from the start, I think it would be really ridiculous and cheapen the character altogether to give them a theme song from an actual band. I’m thinking of it more like a youtube tribute.

I agree, I think they should get made custom background sounds by Dan honestly. But overall this isn't necessary. I'm curious to see if the Metropolis music pays homage to Supes music with a slightly darker tone.
