And Hotaru has more going on with him than just trying to keep Order. He's working for the Dragon King, and he's got the war against the Resistance thing going on too.

IMO Order (Hotaru) vs. Chaos (Darrius and Dairou) is a much more intriguing rivalry than Scorpion vs. Quan Chi, and I would like to see it continue on into the next generation.

This thread isn't about if Scorpion or Hotaru is better. And next time I say something to someone like Chrome, don't turn around and quote it and make a flame war. I kept it simple and short. I appreciate that you can appreciate the intelligence I tried to present in that post, which most of these blind fanboys probably just ignored in all their outrage. In people's need for instant gratification, they come here flaming one another and taking it out on eachother because they assume they didn't get what they want or if they will they want it right now, and it had better be a specific way or they'll complain about that too. The greatest thing of all in this online community for this game, and across many others, is how everyone things that these game companies owe them anything. They don't. They don't owe us Meat, Chameleon, Khameleon, a new mini-game, hell they don't owe us a new render of Motaro. It is their game, and they will do what they want with it and what they think is best.

They've come this far with Mortal Kombats, so if the franchise was really as bad as people act like it is in terms of the fighting engine and the characters, it wouldn't have made it past Deadly Alliance, if even past MK4. None of you (and by "you", I mean the users reading this) are entitled to anything when it comes to Armageddon. You may be under the delusion that you are, but believe me, you aren't. After I post this, people will still go on whining about practically non-existent characters such as Hornbuckle, NoFace, and Tremor, and people will end up whining after they've seen Khameleon for whatever reason. The truth is, none of you will ever be completely satisfied, because you all have developed your own individual expectations which no game can ever possibly live up to and/or cater to those expectations at the same time. You will, believe it or not, have to settle for what you have, and learn to appreciate what you have been given.
Lastly, if you'll notice, I don't have to be some asinine forum member trying to claim I am all mighty and try to make myself look intelligent to get my point across, like someone else does. I can insult you, I can try to use off words that make you think "where the hell did that come from?", but whats the point? "Pwning" someone? I'm above that. In regards to Chameleon and not Khameleon being on the select screen, I think it could be bad news...

I read something about this on a thread by Shadowcat (dont know if this has been posted on this thread yet) but perhaps Khameleon will be on one game system and Chameleon will be on the other. Think about it, people are claiming that this is like a MK Trilogy 2. I hope that this isn't the case, but it sounds like it could happen

Hotaru is a lot more interesting and well built than Scorpion in my opinion, i still like Scorpion, not more than Hotaru though. I'm not going to get the game either but that's because i don't have the possibilities, it looks pretty nice so far i'm really happy with the KAK options so far and seeing every character again would be awesome, but it's unlikely that i'll get to play the game. Hope at least some endings will be interesting.

I don't know why ppl bitch about Chrome hating scorpion and prefers Hotaru, Hotaru has an original design ( no one in MK is a knight ), unlike scorp the ninja, he has a interesting story, and not always about revenge and revenge and revenge, then to make it suck more; they make him be good because he is with the elder gods......... Personally I prefer Hotaru rather than Scorpion should be in the next gen; his story could be expensive in a lot of ways, and not like scorpion ( i think i know what his story will be about.....
