That design is Terrible. Sorry to tell ya, but it sounds like a Beatle in a Terminator Costume.

First costume:

Smoke would be adorning black gi pants, baggy, and tucked into a boot, and steel shin guards. On these shin guards are dispensors, that push out smoke. More up the body, is a belt, hanging from the belt would be a sash, with a new symbol. (He's Lost Sanity and Forgotten Lin Kuei) His chest is covered in the original ninja gi, but with chain link/ Cross hatched Wiring underneath. His grey ninja gi would be different in a way that it has small dispensors on his shoulders, that also hold in the back for a sheath for any type of weaponry. The Suit would consist of small embedded spikes stitched into the linen. His head is covered in a black hood, and grey mask. The Mask is an old linen one, and with no intricate design. Smoke's eyes glow red, overshadowed by the hood. His arms are next, which protrude from the gi. His arms are scarred all up and down, and his left arm has a cybernetic panel and guard on it, and a black glove like feature. His right arm is human except with the feature of the hand compartment and arm guard.

Costume 2:

His pants are grey with white design, flowing into cybernetic boots. The boots are identical to those of the Cyborg Version. Going upward, his belt is held with a metallic sash hanging from it, and a dagger on the side. His chest is half covered in metallic armour, and the other half is bared and free. A large scar goes across his chest, from the left side and disappearing into the lower right under the armour. His left and right arms are covered in the black material, and with the metallic cybernetic guards and compartments. His head is wearing the adorable cybernetic helmet, except for the exception that it is a skull shaped-looking robotic feature. His left eye glows red and the right a pale white. Coming from the back of his cyborg like skull, his dreads would be coming out, hanging down.

That's how Smoke should look...Bad ass.

Ninja Arts has a point the boal-cut sounds lame no disruspect to whoever wrought it, or smoke. the rest sounded pretty decent. but give him a mask

The mushroom hair cut would give him the look of Trunks from DragonballZ or Lei Sholan from Tekken, You know Jin's unlce, dude with the silver hair?His hair would be long enough so it could eclipse his red eyes. The cybernetic eye that I mentioned was labled like that cause he wouldn't have skin there. The pants were ment to be baggy gi pants and they would tuck into something. But he would fight bare footed with tape around his feet,like a kick boxer, so the pants would be tucked into that. His waist would have vents that would blow smoke.There would also be shurikens attatched on the side. The pants would also hace two stripes going down his side. He would have a chain on his back that would support either an energy sythe that had a chain link so it could be broken apart and swung like a naunchaku. Or a dual bladed saber. The bottom of his face would be covered in a steel mask that went only to the bottom of his eyes. He would have a dragon tattoo that would cover his back and wrap around to the front. His braces would go to his knuckles and they would have studs on the front. He might also have a gray cloak that would be wraped around his neck, kind of like Shinobi. And finally he would have a sash that would drape down his right leg. As before he would be all scared up. His combined look would give him a nomadic, cyborg assassin disheveled look.
All of this was ment to be put in my first post, but I was in a rush. Now what do you think?
