Well people, this game is called Mortal Kombat: Deception, so I thought it would be interesting to have a thread discussing what kind of Deceptions may occur. I got an idea for the ultimate Deception..

What if it turns out that after MK4, the roaming, disgraced out-of-power Shao Kahn came accross some sort of object of power similar to Shinnok's amulet, and used it to hunt down Quan Chi and take the amulet. Now restored to full strength, and undetected even by Rayden, Kahn coerced Quan Chi into fooling Shang Tsung into the "Deadly Alliance" in order to take control of the Dragon King's Army so Kahn could re-conquer Outworld and Edenia. However, Kahn once coming into power, planned on killing both Tsung and Kahn in order to make sure there would be noone to challenge his rule.

However, Quan Chi failed to hold up his end of the bargan, after being entrusted with the amulet by Kahn, Quan Chi uses it's power to kill Tsung once and for all, and attempts to take control of the now completed army of the Dragon King. However, to his shock the Army refused his command, and sacked his palace. With the amulet now seemingly powerless, and no control over the Dragon King's army, Quan Chi flee's into the barren wastelands of the outskirts of Outworld.

The newly resurrected Dragon King, re-incarnated in the body of Reptile, takes control of his army and begins a campaign to re-conquer the realms. The furious Kahn, disgraced and his power diminshed, don's the armor of a warrior and once again sets out on the dark roads of Outworld. His sole mission is now to hunt down and kill Quan Chi, seize the amulet and restore it's power, and vanquish and take control of the Dragon King's army so that he may yet again rule the realms. Unless...
