Kabal isn't in the Black Dragon anymore. He fights crime now.

Kabal is aparantly dead. Jarek died by falling off a cliff while trying to rush sonya. Kano fought with mavado, i'm not sure if hes dead or just brutally injured. Plus, kabal fights crime.

I really dont see kano ressurecting them.

I think they left that story open! Like it was said before, not all endings make it to the next game. Personally, I don't really care about the black dragon / red dragon feud, Except kano hes an awesome character... I'd like to see some new stories in mk...not always revenge on black dragon, red dragon, special forces. It really bumed me when I finished mk4 with sonya jax and jarek, it was almost the same ending... make some place for other cool characters.

*groans* Jerek shouldn't come back. He was nothing more than an idiotic rip off of Kano, with absolutely nothing original about him. OHHH wait I forgot he could fall on his back and shake the ground...oh, right, Jax already has a move like that. Not one redeemable thing about this character. As far as Kabal goes: He is cool. He should return, and the previous post is right Kabal is no longer with the Black Dragons. I really do hope Kano is back though, love his fighting styles and look. Nothing wrong with this charater. Besides Sonya is most likely to return in MKD and where ever Sonya goes you will most certainly find Kano. These two can't seem to do anything without each other. Example: MK2 Sonya is tied up, and who is right on the other side sharing he fate? Kano. Long and Short of it...if Sonya Returns you can pretty much take it to the bank that Kano will be right up in her face.

i wouldnt mind seeing jarek, kabal, and kano all coming back but it would have to be a good storyline for them. also they would have to completely wipe out all of the red dragon members cause we are starting to get to many factions in the game. the mk story guy (idk his name) probably thought about this already and chose to kill off the black dragon members instead. (thats if u go by mavados ending)

In the movie Mortalkombat: Annialation Kabal was killed along with Stryker, but hopefully Kabal returns somehow.

Kano was the last surviving member of the Black Dragon after Jarek was killed by Sonya. Kabal also left the clan before Outworld's invasion so he is not considered a Black Dragon anymore. I think the Black Dragon is dead even if Kano is still alive because he seems to not care about bringing back the clan. Kano is only interested in power and ending his grudge with Sonya so he could concentrate on other things. The story of Kano and Sonya's grudge is awsome, Kano had a lock of Sonya's hair on him to remind himself that he was beaten and humiliated by her in MK3. I think Kano is going to be a renegade for himself in this next one, and he is going to manipulate as many people as he can to get back on the top of things and seize the moment.

well considerering the games havnt really been based on the movies, more vice versa, so i doubt kabal is dead

i feel that if kano had the chance kano wouild bring back the black dragons

I though the way they invented the hair collar Kano had in MKDA was awesome!

Jarek: He was Kano. So no, died in Mk4.

Kano: Cool character. Needs to die for the Red Dragons, already defeated TOO many times by SOnya.

Kabal: Awesome character. He is not a black dragon. He miht still be alive.

I can see Kano coming back sometime, maybe not for MKD. Jarek I think will stay dead and buried forever. Anybody know what happened to the MKSF Black Dragon members? I haven't played that game, but No Face at least seems kinda cool.
