I can't be nice about this...there is no purpose to Chameleon's existence when we already have KHAMELEON.

Khameleon has a storyline. And actually, not a bad one. It has potenital and ties to another prominent and well-known character in Reptile.
Chameleon has...a sentence. "One of Shao Kahn's deadliest warriors." That's it. They could elaborate on it. The question is...should they bother?
Appearence...
Chameleon wasn't even a true pallette swipe. He had no color of his own. Khameleon at least had a color. She wore gray. Even as a pallette swipe, Chameleon is worthless.
Also, since Khameleon is of the same race as Reptile, she's pretty much guaranteed to have her own appearence that will set her apart from the other females because logically, since Reptile's devolved...shouldn't Khameleon have devolved a bit, too?

hey everyone. long-time reader, first-time poster. i'm a pretty big fan of khameleon and have been pulling for her to make it in. i never really considered meat or chameleon to be canon or important. mokap is also kind of a joke. i really don't wanna see chameleon though, he's sort of a waste of space.
i'd rather see khameleon and monster than anyone else.

Alright, I guess I'm the loner in this crowd but...
As just as a basic stripped down character, ignoring the whole, "Has a story/Doesn't have a story" debate, I like Chameleon more. Just... to play as... and as a basic concept.
Maybe it's cause I watched Care Bears as a child, so I'm a sucker for rainbows. (In the most heterosexual way possible.) Grey is bland. I like the idea of a 7 in 1 Rainbow super-ninja better then a 3 in 1 grey Super Femme. And Mileena is my favorite damn character to play with (clearly) so it's not even as if I'm better with the male ninjas. Frankly I can't stand playing as Ermac & Rain. (In MKT at least. Ermacs alright in MKD)
If you were to ask me which one I think has developed better as a character, and has more potential since the release of MKT, Khameleon. Clearly. But if you just addressed me with the two basic concepts of the characters, pretending I knew nothing about either, I'd think Chameleon was the better idea.
