Kabal does have some sick combos but I only just started to use him.I've yet to face anyone online however that uses Kabal where the Kabal player at?

Kabal is my favorite in Deception. I always pick him first online. The only other Kabal user I have played is Dee2005, and danadbab. Both were very good with him.
I'd like to know some better combos with him though, the best I know is (from first stance) 1,1,up+3,change,2,change,1,1,back+1.
Also his UP+3 or UP+2 in hookswords works great against blockers.

Thats good to hear I like when I go online and see someone pick a character that just about no one else uses.Thats why i'm going to start using Kabal online.But I need a lot of practice because I never really used him before only to get his ending.

a cheap way to attack,
(on the PS2)
in his weapon stance, use the circle button a lot(ax kick) and back+ X
it work very well, mix-it up with a few classic combos here and there

I've been trying to use his Nomad's Touch to get people who hide behind a Sub-Zero ice clone. I've only done it successfully a few times. Usually I get frozen.

Kabal's great, his only problem he has are his special moves...
Well, okay, just Nomads touch.

But I do use him a fair bit against friends

i use kabal relatively alot, not as much as ashrah, kira, li mei, tanya, jade and kenshi, but i do use him alot, he's fun to use, kick ass preferably, and aswell... he killed that waste of an excuse of a character known as mavado! >X-D!!! what more is there to love!?!

heh, I use that combo too. I thought I was the only one doing that since I never saw any other kabals do it.

yeah.. well online i try and do it.. lol once and awhile it works.. offline always..

if I start it with second stance 1,2, cs, then I can usually(about 75% of the time) land the 1,1,3,1,1,3,cs It's a few points less but I can usually land it more and still be pretty damaging.
the popup bouce feels really odd to me online...like it goes slightly higher but drops slightly faster.

kabal is cool but his combos are the worst after Sindel.

thats not true.. like i said kabal has a 55% actually many different ways to get easy +30% combos..
sindel has a 62 % combo..and various 30=% combos in all stances..
what r u talking about sid??? w/ out glitches only jinko and li mei can do more damage then sindel..

must not play online much. Kabal and Sindel have some vicious combos from every stance.
some of your best combos in the game come from pop ups.

He's one of my favorite characters.

i think the only characters ive masterd im mk history was sektor(mkg) and kabal(mkd). i can create a lot of combos with them. even 1s that havnt been registered. i cant do that with any other character but kabal and sektor. so ya i use kabal everytime i play mkd.

I know some decent combos with kabal, 1 for each style, that does over 30% each, except for the first one I think.Okay,(on Xbox) First style, you go X,A,(in air), X,X,Y,CS.
Second style(stance, whatever,) , X,Y,(in air,) X,X,CS,X,X
Third Stance, Y,X,B,(In air) X,X,B,CS
All of these combos involve popping your opponent into the air before finshing the the rest of that one, and it involves branching, but they are effective, even though the first one is difficult to time right, do around and over 30% each.
These are easier to pull off than those 50% ones people are talking about, because I could never do them, so these simple ones work for me. And as for using kabal online, I use him all the time. My record is like 78-18 or something like that.

I've been playing as Kabal since day one. I've never actually fought against him since all the people I've played against online never pick him.

I hate Kabal soooooooo much.

Hmm, there are ways of doing repetitive but very strong combos.
Kabal got fairly decent combos, but thats all. he's not much of a fighter, and he certainly doesn't juggle. For juggle, see Hotaru
Egad, cvomparing 50% combos to Hotarus 89% all are sad. I've only done it five times, and you need an awfull lot of luck to time it out.

Yes i use Kabal sometimes.But I use Sindel the most.

please tell us this, because i use him alot.. and combo king konqrr cant get anuthing more then 40%+ a little more.. kabal juggles in hook swords.. like we already said use any pop up, then 114 114 cs.. thats lots of juggling..
