A three section staff would be perfect for Tanya.

To answer the question, yes she has potential, and I am really looking forward to her return. I love her look, and I am sure she will be a 100 times cooler in MKD.

u think midway is decepting us? nah i think she will return cuz i saw her in that puzzle thingy. I have no problem with her returning, as long as Mileena comes back....and i think it'll be cool bringing in Tanya...since there has been no mention of Kitana, maybe Mileena kills Kitana in the beginning and invades Edenia. So now Sindel is kicked out of her throne and Mileena gives it to the dragon king. Then once Tanya sees that Mileena killed her enemy Kitana, she can act like a friend to Mileena but then later decieving her and getting the dragon king against her. Then that gets a rivalry between mileena and tanya. ANd sindel can be after the two also...i dunno, im just thinking, im sure Tanya going to have a cool story line and its going to revolve probably with mileena the dragon king and sindel

well we havent seen her yet. and besides u have to remember that a character is only as good as the effort put into them. even sub-zero and scorpy have a chance of sucking if they dont work right (luckily for them they have 2 of the most classic special moves in fighting game history going for them)

also take in mind that sometiems u character u like the most in a fighting game isnt the one that ur the best with. in dead or alive for example my best character is bayman but i prefer ein(in 2)/hitomi(in 3, she has ein's moves) the most food for thought.

on a side note the female cast for this MK seems to be my favorite ever. i just like all of them so far (save mebe ashrah)

Heh, I think Ashrah will be one, if not the best, female in MKD. I mean, there is no way for me to know, but she just looks plain awesome, and she has come kick ass moves. And a kriss sword. Doesn't get better than that. But of course, I will have to wait before I can make a definite statement.

Tanya has LOADS of potential! She is an awesome character and her being back in MKD is great! Deception is something Tanya is very capable of!

Tanya in MK4 was the fastest chaacter and was deadly in the right hands! All her specials were fast and powerful! The Corkscrew Kick was great! I hope she has all her old moves back and more! The boomerang is an amazing weapon and I hope she has it back! Two of them would be great.

I think the reason people don't like Tanya is because she was in MK4 and many of the characters that were new in MK4 were not many people's favorite. So most of the new characters didn't have any chance because people thought that they were just there filling up for old characters. I personally think that Tanya deserves to be in MKD more than Kai, Reiko, Jarek...etc. because I think that out of all the new characters in MK4 she was the only one who could play an important role in the theme DECEPTION. However this is just my opinion
