do you think mk6 characters can be downloaded, or new ones can be downloaded, like a baketball game with a new roster from online play. That could be cool and it would completely eliminate the need for an mk6 gold,, for example. What do yall think.

This gives me an idea!!

When you buy MK6 you have no fighters in the game, you go online and choose a few fighters you wish were in the game. The mk6 crew could host a site where you can download everyone ever created in the mk hisory plus the new ones.

it is a kinda nice idea but it would completley destroy any story mk has.
also, ive said it before, and will say it again, this sort of online console gaming deal hasn't been fully explored yet- so i'd hate for mk6 to
be the experiment. if its never been done before, its garenteed to have flaws, and i for one, do not want a screwed up game that was supposed to be good, all for the sake of an experiment.

Good thought Outworld222! - Maybe not possible 4 everyone - but a good amount of Xtraz. Live does have downloadable content.
As for online fighters - how 'bout DoA Online?! should be out now

I don't think you could put all the information for a character onto a memopry card, but i may be wrong.

You could certainly do it if the game had a create a character feature, but otherwise you'd need to download all the animations, the character model, textures and stuff- and that's a lot of information.
