He's probably a humanoid since all characters are humanoids in MK...

Hasnt it been said that he is the thing in Raidens MKDA ending and i could be wrong but that dosent look very human to me.

well ilooked at the picture and it looks like a mask, kind of like Astaroths alternate costume in SC2. He's prolly jsut gonna be another powerhouse character, then only game without the last boss a powerhouse is MK1.

the only games with powerhouse bosses where MK2 and 3.. all the other had very very weak bosses (sub bosses not included, but even still most of the time those where very weak as well)

i think all the sub-bosses in MK Trilogy were good, Motaro wass my favourite, if not for being kool, for being so hard to beat.

Quan Chi and Shang Tsung aren't powerhouses either.

I have to agree I mean Shinnok dont make me laugh and The deadly Alliance i mean Quan-Chi was the boss with power if u ask me. But to get back on topic Im not sure if thats the final render.

the high renders of the DK looked badass as hell, but the Dk gameplay picture(they only showed one from his whole body till his waist) and it looked like a ps1 game and was crappy as hell.

after seeing that gameplay picture, he might be worse then shinnok. i always looked at him as being better boss then shao khan. but i now htink he will be worse then shinnok.

where did u see a gameplay pic..I dont remember anyone releasing that info..if there was a gameplay pic it would be on the main page on mkonline news..

He didn't see a game play Pic this guy gives out bad info. There was never a in game shot of DK sorry to say. If there was it better look like ps1 not to give him away to ppl that would be dumb.

In someones sig around here you can clearly see a human jaw and mouth, with the dragon mask and helmet.

He looks bad ass though..

Actualy, after close inspection of the cover art, I can say he is humanoid, but DEFINATELY NOT HUMAN. The face under the helmet, if you zoom in and look carefully seems to have a texture closer to that of a hideous burn victim. There is alot of texture to the skin, and the teeth are sharp, and if you notice he also has wings and claws. Heres a closer look

I think Iownyou is full of BULLSHIT!

BTW Even though he looks part human the dragon is 100% Dragon.
