It wasn't as detailed as I thought it would be, but good none the less. It was funny when they were talking about the 2nd MK movie and the guy was hesitant. lol

The OXM podcast doesn't tell us anything new. They just talk about the movies and crossover ideas. The only info is that they confirm that the DC heros will be damaged just as much as the MK fighters during the fights. DC agreed to it.

REPOST: Boon didn't really say anything in that interview that we haven't already heard. At this point the only thing they could possibly "reveal" thats new are the remaining MK/DC cast that has not been announced. One thing I haven't heard Boon say is that the game play aka fighting system is smooth and fluid. he keeps going on about Close Kombat and Freefall in every interview he does. You'd think these interviewers would be concerned about that aspect of the game instead of all the tongue and cheek humor.

Boon goes on about ripped clothes and whatnot,but if you go back before MKDA came out.He said the exact same thing in the GI mag and other then hits showing up,there was no ripped clothes.

I liked listening to what they said about the 3rd MK movie but there was nothing new said about it so that sucked.

The fact that he wants to do or wanted to do a tekken cross over makes me wonder.Its like they cant find another fighting game that would go well with the MK universe.

But it wasn't to bad,I liked listening about the past and just hearing how exicted he was about this game,but hes trying to sell the game so of course he is going to sound excited.I hope there is a demo before the game comes out.Hell,just put the demo from E3 up on xbox live and PSN.Good stuff,nothing new but still cool to listen and wonder.

I hope they don't make the damage thing look stupid. For instance, if I punch Superman in the face the entire round, I don't want to see his cape torn or his sleeves falling apart because, yeah that'd be so completely unrealistic.

Yeah, he doesn't say anything new, which is kind of disappointing. But just because he doesn't mention that it's smooth and fluid doesn't mean it won't be. I mean, I hope it will be. It can't be worse than MKA....at least I hope not.

btw, I loved how they trashed the Street Fighter, Dead or Alive and MK: Annihilation movies though. XD

Ha, Ha good stuff, good stuff. I wasn't sure if Ed was being sarcastic or not with the SF movies....hmmm lol guessing he was or perhaps tried to make the SF movie sound "alright" even though it did kind of suck lol

First MK movie, FTW always and forever.

Third MK movie sounds interesting, whenever it does come out. I like the fact as I've said before knowing that Midway/MK team has to read the script to see what they think(I don't blame them after the MKA movie being not so great)

Steve Richie came up with Mortal, that's interesting. Another thing most people probably had no clue of, I remember reading way back that they used the "K" to be different and although odd it just stuck but never got into detail about making up the name. Kumite is a cool name, that's a very brutal fighting contest to the death. *clears throat* Blood Sport

I like the fact that we will learn of new characters in each event, that should be interesting as well. Comic con people and E3 will be lucky bastards to play the game. I'm telling ya though, this game is going to be the 3D MK2. I like
