Ihave to say that personally I liked his other outfit better!!! This outfit just plain sucks compared to the awesome job that they done to sub-zero! I hate sub-zero but I think he looks awesome...scorpion and noobs also need to be tweaked I think!

Ermac's alternate costume has been revealed ? Am I missing something ? It looks way too similar IMO. I hope character's looks are a work in progress right now because if alternate costumes will look so similar to the original costumes , then whats the point of having them ?

Ermac should look like tgrant said : corpse like and with souls swirling around him.

The only thing i would like is for all the Ninjas to have an unmasked alternate look like Sub-Zero and Scorpion had in DA.

At least it's better than the stupid palette swaps in UMK3. This costume is awesome, he actually looks like a ninja. Everything about it is good.

I think Ermac's outfit is a 7.5-8/10. I like it, but I think it could have been better. I think the idea of the souls flying around him though is extremely badass. And if he had the soul steal, that would be awesome too. Only prob is I like his alt. outfit, but I think it looks a little similar to his original. He should have some red on his mask I think for either or both costumes. At least a little bit. My idea was to have him have that, and then his alt. be unmasked to reveal a face with glowing green eyes.

I like his look, its just something with his head. His mask is off or something. Maybe his eyes... he looks to human not so much enigma like. He needs a more menacing look on his face, and im not digging those two long ass flowing bands off his mask. I saw the pictures of him falling down the Sky Temple, and his bands are like 20 feet long flowing behind him as he fell... But nothing to complain about. He still looks pretty badass.

As for Noob Saibot.. how can you guys even tell what he looks like. Everything about him looks black/indigo... I havent seen a clear shot of his face or his front side... hes always doing kicks or flying back or doing some movement that blocks a good image of what he really looks like... We need some clear character shots so we can make further judgements IMO.

yea his face does look type dorky... it doesnt give u that "ima kick ur ass" type impression that scorpion n sub have... n his figure is just wrong... he looks bigger then anrold swarznegger was in his prime...n thats bad...real bad.... its as if he goes to the gym 24/7...if u still disagree go to ign n see the pics they have of him.... anyway i still have hope though..cuz they can still change it like they did wit scorpion.. whose outfit ended up bein different

Ermac is not a regular ninja, in the sense that he wasn't born as a human and trained for years. He is a creation of Shao Kahn put into a ninja outfit. And from what I can see, Ermac just looks damn good. I said it earlier in this thread, and I'll say it again: his outfit is the most realistic and traditional, out of all the MK's. As for people saying he 'looks like a dork', well look again. His eyes have no pupils...looks pretty damn sinister to me. I really don't know why everyone is acting so negatively to Ermac's new look. Its completely unique so far in the MK games and I can't wait to play as him.

Hey... does anybody like my idea of having souls or a "green energy" flowing around Ermac kind of like the lightning flowing through Raiden?

I dunno bout you guys, but thank god the pallete swaps have been dusted! I think Ermac's outfit is the best he's had. It would be super ill if he had all green eyes instead of the all white he's got now... more detail with the souls and such, like if he got knocked down or jumped in the air you could see a faint green trail from his eyes. It would be nice if those green jems on his knees (& wherever else they might be) were actually swirling on the inside.

He shouldnt have pupiless eyes like he does. When I think of an enigma of souls, i think of his eyes like Spawn's whenever hes pissed. If you know the character, he has green eyes but when hes mad, green energy/mist starts flowing up from his eyes. Ermac would look 10x's as badass if he had those eyes. By me saying Ermac looks to human, I mean he doesnt looks like an enigma.

the Raiden affect with the souls is a good idea, definitely adds alot to the character. i think his look is unique, something he needed anyway.

yeah i still dont like ermac's look. somebody earlier in this thread said "thank God we dont have pallette swaps....blahx3....this is the best look ermac ever had" how can u say that if the only OTHER look he had was a pallette swap? but anyway, peep this idea....

has anyone ever played wwf wrestlemania for genesis, the one with the digital graphix? well when u hit a character, things came out of them, like when u do combos on lex luger, lil stars and weights come out... my idea is to mix this concept with ermac. maybe instead of having souls flow thru him like the raiden affect- maybe have souls LEAK out of him and fly away when u beat on him. like when u do combos to him and he spills blood, he's also losing soul power. what yall think?

Not Dragon BallZ style but the flame should come of his body about an inch. As for his face I like the fact that he has no pupils. But they should make them burn green with souls or necroplasm or what ever the hell he shoots out.....Ok now maybe he's starting to sound like spawn, but if you ever seen Spawn's eyes in the comic he looked pissed maybe it will work for Ermac with his souls.

I think that would be badass. Kinda like Shang Tung's fatal in MKDA I think. That's something really unique and new to me. Oh and someone was saying how they can't really see Noob, well copy the pic and put it in Microsoft Powerpoint, and on the picture edit toolbar thing that comes when you clicked on the pic, just brighten the pic up, and then you can really see some detail on Noob. Yeah thats what I was saying about how Ermacs eyes should resemble Spawn's. I beat ya to it though, no one seemed to respond.

So you beat me to it. Sorry if I took your idea I don't read all the posts. I think tgrant had a concept for Ermac's third outfit. Here's mine. Ermac would be topless, he would have torn pants and black boots.He would still have his ninja mask and his hands would have broken shackles on them.He would have a tatoo on his back and his stomach would be replaced with souls swirling around inside. Kind of like R.A.X. from Eternal Champions.(If anyone remmembers that game I give you props)

Hey DoomBringer and everyone else, the googles on Noob aren't exactly what you think, they look more like swimming googles lol, but I guess they're still goggles. I should've mentioned that before but I didn't want ppl to think that they were big chemistry goggles lol. You can best see them in (correct me if I'm wrong but he's only been in two pics, both against Ermac) the second one released which is where he is trying to kick Ermac, and Ermac is jumping back.
