hey,

a few days ago on the other posts, people wanted to see some videos on gamespot, so i posted my gamespot complete account for people to use, i then asked people not to screw with the account, EX: change the username, password, etc etc etc. and of course..thats exactly what happend, now i dont mean to waste your time while you read this, but i just wanted to show you how much of a dick people can be sometimes, i belive 3 or 4 people logged in...and 2 of them attempted to change the password, how i know this? because everytime you change yourpassword, an email is sent from gamespot confirming your new pass...so iam asking for those people who did log in..plz log out NOW. i have changed the pasword, and iam currently changing the username as well...

i did not mean to waste your time..i was just saying how it was such a fucked up thing to do when i tried to be nice, now those people know who they are, and i ask kindly if you please log out of my gamespot user account, if you want one that badly, pay 20 bucks for a year. not a bad deal...now again i thank you for reading this..and 2 those people...i tried 2 be nice...but u ruined it...again..log out..and thanks

Thats so bad, when u think u can trust ppl and they screw u over, I would never do summtin like that to sum1, only if i didnt like em lol. So u got it back or r u still waiting to get it back?

i got it back..but there still logged in, and sometimes when i go to gamespot it wont let me log on because those fuckerz are still in, i know who they are, i just dont want to post their names on a website for humiliation, and GodIsNoThErETODAY i changed that post..lol the one that said thanks, bcuz i saw other ppl supporting me, i thank u 2 the most being my first supporters, but 2 every1 else..much love

Sepe, this thread should't be closed... it should stay up as a warning..

Even though the forum seems a controlled and trustworthy place... it's not.. it's full of assholes out there.. from inside and outside the forum who can read the posts and do anything thy want with the info...

If u want to share r accont with someone (which is a REALLY nice thing to do! Few people are so generous) do it 1 by 1 by PM.. that way u can show it on;ly to people u trust, and if some of those people try to pull something, u kno who it as..

Dude it's a shame to hear this, and i know you did it with the only objective to be useful and cool with others, but again you must be a little bit more inteeligent next time, you know that over the interent you must never give passwords or user names. Anyways next time just wait till the site is updated. Thanx for the good attitude anyways.

umm..hmm y would u share ur account info..?? confused gamespot could cancel ur account for doing such a thing.. im surprised they havent yet. confused another thing every 1 can be a gamespot basic member, seeing how i am and i pay nothing to see every gamespot video.. u should probably contact gamespot w/ some fake story about how 2 guys hacked into ur account and to kick them out some how.. that way u can look innocent...

That is just sad. I agree, this thread should stay open. Maybe make the title say, "A warning to those who want to help others" or something like that.
