Just because the character is a render doesn't mean the character is going to be in the game. There were a couple MK character renders/sketches in the Krypt in MKDA that weren't in the game. Hell, there was a cheat in the Krypt that wasn't even in the game.

The ones I'm really looking forward are Dairou and Baphomet that were concept in the krypt of MKDA. Not sure if they'll ever appear in any MK game but Dairou looked a mixt of a Samurai/Chinese warrior and Baphomet looked like a Demon which will add an even darker Character to the game.

This looks really promissing, but something troubles me...
I've never seen Baraka having lips and being able to close his mouth, judging by the size of the teeth and such, it looks like he can.

His mouth is still too small to fit his upper and bottom rows of teeth into his mouth when trying to close it, so no matter what, still can't close it..

He IS different.... he looks like those clay monsters from the movie where they have to kill them with soda.... but I can live with that...

Awesome pic...the amount of detail is very impressive, but somehow it just doesn't look like Baraka...just something about the face isn't right...

But I'm glad to see he's going to be in MK6.

This is amazing. Someone posted something about it looking like a new stage...uhh.when has there been a repeat stage and an MK game where there wasn't original stages (don't include TE).

Also, this picture doesn't confirm that he is playable, perhaps in an FMV or something.

This is great regardless.

Looks really promising! I just wonder what his fighting stance looks like??? Will his classic nives come out remain intact???

Seems like they did a good job of making him even more creepy. Comes off wayyyyyy better that Drahmin.

If you notice, it looks like he he has a bone coming out the back. This may just be pic pic, and not a pic of him in fighting view. You know different those two can be sometimes. But never the less, it looks EXCELLENT!!!!
