Seriously though, is there really any point for a timer in MKA. Do you win anything for completing the game in a certain amount of time? I never understood time attack modes in fighting games. The concept is just a useless as the point system in Mega Man for the NES.

The arcade mode is too easy and stupid...

i never play arcade mode...

5 minutes with my kak if i only have to fight i round for each battle
10 minutes with my kak with 2 rounds for each battle
15 minutes with my kak if there are 3 rounds for each battle
7 minutes for every other fighter with 1 round for each battle
14 minutes with any other fighter with 2 rounds for each battle
21 minutes with any other fighter with 3 rounds for each battle

easy= -2 for each
hard= +3 for each

Beating the game with your KAK means nothing since KAK=broken.

Beat it with a regular character, in which my fastest time was 8:50 with Ermac on Max.

Kabal 9:00 on max.

I was in novice with my kak for 3 min. i'm a beginner as you can see

I dont remember, but when I want to win faster I just make these settings in options:
- MAX
- Time in 20 seconds
- One round

I believe that in Six Minutes all was completed. Well it is hard to win, you have to run a lot because time is all.

Well, you're a nooby so you get a free pass

I never understood those players that brag about being "good in MK" when they beat the machine ya know?

If you beat it on hard though none stop, that's impressive

Can't remember the fastest time I think around 8 min on med But I'm definitely getting better.

Sort of wrong thread But I play the konquest mode 2 out of three times over the arcade. especially MKD. I think that's the funnest part of the game.

The reason for time-attack modes is the same reason for high score tables, competition, people like trying to compete for beating the highscores with others, that is, IF you got someone to compete with.

did you guys know that if you beat the game in under 5 minutes a great big mortal kombat cake will pop out of the screen?
