Here is one for Scorpion.
Kick from Hell- Standing far from his victim Scorpion kickly goes running towards his opponent kicks them right into the air quickly teleports under the opponent delivering anothem massive kick in the opponents back in which you can hear the bones crack with the victim screaming in agony. Scorpion the teleports once again but this time above the victim and kicks him right into the stomach which causes the victim to spit blood. While the victim is falling down Scorpion teleports to the ground and summons a tornado of fire from hell. The victim falls right into tornado, moments later the tornado diminishes revealing the remains of the victim (ashes). Scorpion walks away laughing (evil laugh) then the announcer says. "Scorpion Wins. FATALITY"

Scorpion's a ruthless badass right? I have always wanted him to slit his opponents throat with his spear, knock their head back and reach down the cut in their neck and break off a rib. He then pulls out rib out of the slit throat and proceeds to stab them to death with the broken rib. Always thought that would be cool ever since MK2

How about:
MILEENA-she throws her sais in their eyes and then she walks up to him/her grabs the handels and cuts them up their face leving their blood and brain to drip out.

Smoke: Finish Him
Smoke transforms into a cloud of smoke enveloping the opponent. The opponnet starts choking as blood comes out of their eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. They fall to the ground, skin greyed and shrivled in a pool of their blood

this hasn't been done for a while but i like making my own fatalities-
liu kang(spirit)-since liu kang is a "spirit", i'd like to see something similar to this-
Soul Stalker-Liu kang readies his hand to chop something and with a huge strike, cuts the opponent in half. Then he swings both torsos around,with all the organs, bones and blood spurting out. Then he puts on both torsos as if it were clothing and we see liu kand "wearing" the opponent.
Raiden-Electric Chair
Raiden lifts the opponent up into an electric chair drop(all you wrasslin fans might know what it is) but for those of you who don't know-he sits them up on his shoulders-then he electrocutes them and one by one the opponents body limbs start shooting off in different directions and then finally he throws the torso up in the air and smashes it with his fist into the ground
Hangman-Death Trap
This could be used as a death trap-There is a neuce attached to the ceiling. The player presses a button and sneaks attacks on the opponent to tie him to the neuce. Then we see the player pull the rope so hard-the opponents top torso rips off his legs with blood dripping everywhere.

Sub-Zero:
Icicle Tempest-
Sub-Zero starts of by freezing th persons entire body in a block of ice, leaving only their head exposed. He then creates icicles in mid-air, above the opponent. He swings his arms down and the icicles fall like rain on top of the opponent. The icicles puncture straight through the opponent's body, filling the ice block with blood and shattering it at the same time. After all the icicles have gone through, the opponent's body is completely shredded. The ice prism collapses into chunks along with the body. Sub-Zero then freezes the head in mid-air as it falls to the ground and shatters.
Ice Breaker:
Sub-Zero runs at his opponent and then shoot them high into the air. As the opponent shoots into the ski, Sub-Zero sends an ice ball after them, freezing them in mid-air. He then leaps up after them, and does a flip kick, shattering the frozen corpse in half. Sub-Zero then lands back on the ground and the corpse comes down after, in two pieces, on both sides of Sub-Zero, shattering on impact.

Kabal.
Kabal tears off his mask to reveal his hideously grotesque scarred face. The opponent scrams, gasps then falls to the floor gasping their chest. Kabal walks over, removes his hookswords and stabs them into the opponents eyes, the opponent screams in agonising pain as kabal lifts them off the ground with the hookswords embedded in their eyes, the scream for mercy and wither in torture, then kabal outstretches his arms incredibly fast, casuing the opponents head to split in two, he places his mask back on and gets into his victorial pose...
Hotaru
Hotaru teras one of the flag poles from his back and stirkes it deep into the ground. He then grabs his opponent by the throat and then slams them onto the pole. As the scrrech with pain, he removes the other flag pole and he creates an incision from their neck to their stomach. He then tears out their entrails and tissue from there body vulturously.
After the opponent is dead he tears the disembowelled body from his flag pole and re-inserts the two of them into his back.
Will do some more later, let me know what you think.

First Scorpion Sais get over here and his ropes come out and stabs the GUY in the balls or if its a GIRL in the Boobs then Pulls His arm back and rips It off THen..... Havik walks up to his opponent, grabs opponent by the throat lifts him up in the air....with his other hand...he lunges at the opponents face.... you see a small stretch animation (nowhere near as rediculous as the quan chi neck stretch) and then the face gives way and blood flies everywhere...the front of the skull is now visible.....havik just holds the victim in the air as his/her body twitches
