Here's one for Scorpion:
Scorpion shoots his spear into the guy's chest. He then pulls off his mask and fries them a la his old 'Toasty!' Fatality. The opponent becomes a charred skeleton on the end of Scorpion's Spear. Scorpion finishes off by reeling them in and doing an uppercut to the skeleton, making them explode into a thousand pieces!

Bo Rai Cho
Bo Rai Cho pours an entire container of alcohol down his opponants throat. He then drops a match down his oppoanants throat setting them on fire. He catches on fire from the inside and the fire eventually spreads to the exterior of his body.

Mileena(Breathe Deep)
Mileena removes her mask, growls loudly, grabs her opponent by the shoulders, and bite into their neck. She gets a good grip with her teeth and pulls back with her mouth ripping out the opponent's esophagus with their lungs still attached to it. The opponent is gasping for air and Mileena uses 1 hand to keep the opponent standing. She takes the esophagus out of her mouth with her other hand and jams it through the opponent's stomach. The opponent falls on their face and blood seeps from under them. Mileena then does a low growl in satisfaction.
Comments? Thoughts?

Smoke: Smoke cloaks himself and sneaks behind his opponent and appears. He grabs they're neck and breaks his neck, but he keeps twisting until he rips his opponents entire head off!!
FATALITY!!!!!

Here is one for the great Baraka...
Baraka stands at the opposite of the screen from his opponent and lets out a huge roar. He then charges at his opponent while pulling back a fist. He stops right in front of the opponent (who is screaming) and stops his fist right infront of the opponents eyes. Baraka begins to laugh, then the opponent begins to laugh. At that instant baraka's blade comes out and goes straight through the oppoenents face.... baraka continues to laugh and evil laugh.. Fatality

Kenshi: Hollowed Out
Kenshi leaps toward the opponent, slices his stomach open, jumps back, puts his arm out and glows blue, and all the opponents organs explode out of the gash, his opponent, now an empty bag of bones, slumps to the ground. FATALITY!!!

first good shang sung fatality yet!!!

Scorpion: Sadictic
He throws about 10 Ninja Stars at you they go in your chest and head then you fall in pain. Your still alive and your screaming. He turns around and then takes his sword and rames into your chest.

Kabal: Scare Tactics (old school)
He walks toward you slowly unhooking his clasps on his mask takes a deep breath ripes it off and screams at you your sreaming too and you fall over. Your on the ground and your green soul just
swirrles out of you it flaots up and out of the room. Boo.

Noob: Reaper
[Camera focused on noob] Noob stands motionless in front of the opponent, he then appears to disintegrate (think sand being blown away by wind) [close up of opponent] the opponent now confused looks around preparing for the inevitable attack. [Camera behind opponent] Noob then appears behind the opponent (in the same manner he disappeared) he then draws his scythe and pulls it back over his shoulder ready to strike. [Camera is now in fornt of opponent while Noob is still in this stance] Noob then slices through the opponents torso splitting him/her in half. He then stands their covered in the blood of his opponent as the legs fall to the ground. FATALITY!

I'm too lazy too read any of the above but since this was the last post i read it, and it's good. I like the "sand in the wind" effect.
Anyways there's so damn many of these threads that I figured i might as well join in and post a little something.
Sub Zero: Sub zero places his hand over the opponents face and freezes it solid, then still holding their face he thrusts the opponent face first towards the ground shattering their face and front half of their head (think that scene from JasonX). The opponent trys to get up and crawls around for a second or so then collapses spilling copious amounts of blood.
[I know it isn't original but i like the idea]
Kenshi: He lifts the opponent high into the air then turns and walks away from the fight, leaving the opponent to deal with a 100 metre freefall resulting in a nice mk2 pit style landing.
I'm sure i'll post more if any come to me.

Smokes Posion gas He starts far away and then turns into smoke than flys into the opponets body and then they start puking up there guts than he after he comes out of there body the opponet screams and then they start walking all diizy then fall over and there body sucks them inside out so you can see there skelton and muscles.

Niiiice Idea!!;-(;-(;-(

ok a fatality for Kenshi first he laughs dirty before his butcher instinkt starts :) he should perform a hell long combo and then he looks up in the sky -(the screen should get a little dark - on sunny days) oh of course all of this is just outside possible! Kenshi uses his telekinese 2 grab an airplane Jumbo or some other jet and smash it down on his opponent Kenshi should laugh over again. KENSHI WINS FATALITY....................................................................................... Cyrax: please do what ever U had in MIND!!!the last stuff of him was just awesome.....or do something like this ...... Cyrax: he sends out that spiral slicer (like in MKDA) and creates a huge hole in the abdomen of the opponent. He then sends two bombs into the body, goes into a blocking-face position, then the bombs explode with the body's remains splashing over the screen, environment, and cyrax (like how they did it MK4 with fatalities such ast he fan fatality when the head flew back and hit the screen) .............................................................................. Quan Chi: ---- --- He summons a mega Green Skull who flies by the opponent, and after it there's nothing else but a fleshless standing body. Quan Chin walks near him and kick him in his chest. The fleshless body falls back in pieces, as the head rolls over and falls to Quan Chi's feet. He can also kick his head away. ..(same thing little diffrent) Quan Chi: Flaming Skull Inferno Quan Chi uses his special move Rising Star kick to launch the opponent in the air. He then quickly summons a hoard of Green Skulls to Devour the opponent in mid-air. The corpse will be juggled around in the air from like 12 skulls ripping and biting of the flesh. The end result would be a bloody skeleton with only the eye balls remaining (its kinda hard to eat out the eyes................................................................................... Baracka: Slice and DICE just like cyrax just more effective he should impale his opponent and then eat him up like a canibal. or cut them in tiny little pieces ... (dinners served!!)..................................................... KANG:He should perform his MK1 Fatality (wheel Power Monster UppercuT + (If U want more gore u will have 2 press more buttons)2 getting the choice 2 kick or punch them them into ( A pool of acid on the acid stage,or he could throuw his opponent down a clip,kick them smothly from a house,kick him/her of the PIT and so on after doing the Monster Uppercut..................................................... same thing could be available as monster combo + all that up there.................................................................................. BO REI CHO:) a tricky one:he should fart them out to finish them!then he pukes on u and laughs..he ́s pulling out his stick or a secret weapon to post u against a wall he grabs a statue or a rotten body and beat ́s the shit out of you... but ........................................................................... ok thats all for now em IF there is a KABAL in the GAME!!!!! KABAL:...He should do his running trick (MK3)Iguess the oponent spins the whole time ,then while spinning Kabal should stop him/her with his blade and rip his/her Hole Inside out ( oponent still standing )-I know this is a little sick but i like it Bloody! thanks!............................................................ Slice n' Dice: Dairou starts by stabbing his opponent with his swords. He then chops off both the foe's arms. He finishes by taking his swords and chopping them into a bloody mess a la Jax in MK3. The opponent falls to the ground dimembered as the announcer says "Dairou wins. Fatality"

Sinon, encore mieux : l'adversaire plonge leur propre main dans leur bouche, puis ils arrachent tous les organes par la bouche en arrachant en même temps leur mâchoire, puis tout ce qu'il y a dans le crâne sortent tous seuls de la boîte...

Here's a great one for Scorpion.It's kinda like the one he had in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (with a few modifications)
Name of Fatality: Hellraiser
Right after the "FINISH HIM" voice comes on, the screen goes black, then both fighters teleport to hell, (scorpions apponent lights up in flames)

Sub-Zero: Deep Freeze(with a twist)
Rememeber how he deepfreezed and then uppercutted the upperbody?
Well take the same deep freeze part, but then he slides over and the body starts cracking from he feet up and when it reaches the head(after the rest of the body is shattred and is nothing more then blood and ice on the floor)
he uppercuts the head which then comes towards the screen MK4 style and smashes on your screen and then just dripps of leaving a bloody trail. Afterwards you will hear the head shatter as well as it hits the ground

~Blaze~
1st) Jumps on the opp. and turns into lava form and covers him completely. then melts away to reveal nothing left of the opp except maybe some ashes or very little bones.
2nd) solidifies his hands, pulls open the opps. mouth, and gulp gulp gulp down the hatch causing the opp. to melt from the inside out.
Friendship) does same as first fatality but completely solidifies. the muffled calls for help by the opp can be heard and blaze realizing he cant move or melt again says shit or crap in his mind or muffles it
