Just the nostalgia feel wins it for me.

MK3 has the most evil announcer ever, and that Shao Kahn laugh is the shit!!

From a human point of view(meaning no computerized additions like the newer ones to make it sound deeper)

I would say MK3/UMK3 with Steve Richie as the voice master of MK of oldschool.

From the newer ones, although it's the same deep mechanical sounding tone altered via computer, I would say MK:DA because he says more things then the other two MK:D and MK:A.

Gotta agree with you. It was cool when shang said "Fight!" in that old voice. Much better than those evil voices in my opinion.

MORTAL KOMBAT 2!! His voice was so deep and sexy. I loved the way he said Mileena and Baraka. Damn! I wish they'd call him back.

Tough decision... gotta say the MK3 series.

to me is MK Deception's announcer, that one kicks ass, completely evil.

Although I listed my fav already, they all sound good and evil in different ways.

Shao Kahn from MK II-3, closely followed by Shang Tsung. Not too crazy about the Quan Chi voice that has seemingly taken over the MK announcing duties, theses days.
