Iam getting the PS2 version. I already got the Network Adapter and I like the Playstation controller. I may get the Xbox version after I get LIVE but I don't have any rush to get LIVE right now.

This thread has been done to death but I'm getting it for Xbox. I always get the Xbox version if it's a multi-console release.

XBOX... no question. At the very least MK:D will be better looking, better sounding, and have faster loading on the X. Why would anyone in their right mind who owns both systems get it for PS2 and not XBOX? Getting MK:D for both systems I understand, but getting it for just the PS2 seems a little 0.o in my opinion.

PS2 by far. ed bood said u'll only be able to download characters and arenas in mk7. this is mk6 ( by how much stuff there is to unlock, i'll be buisy for a long time - then online). why would i pay for xbox live to play online if there;s nothing to download? you can play for free on PS2. getting it for PS2

I have a choice, a choice between the XBOX, or the PS2. I am sticking to the PS2 because the only thing the XBOX controller is good for, is getting my poo unclogged in the toilet.

BUT, if the XBOX got themselves an exact replica controller from the PS2 world, than i would have to say the BOX

As a consumer, why would you be "loyal" to a company whose product will be inferior to another company’s product?

I guess that I just can't follow this stream of logic in dealing with major corporations. No offense intended, but it sounds a little irrational to me.

seems like i read a thread like this daily almost.
Xbox version for these reasons.
1)Sharper grafx
2)no connection drop in middle of game or in lobby(ps2 does this)
3)Faster loading times
4)I love the xbox headset(much more user friendly imo)
5)If i'm having ahard time with the xbox controller I can still use my Ps2 controller via adapter
6)and my opinion.This is just my opinion.Ps2 people don't get bent.I like the quality of people better on xbox live.What I mean is when I play a game of socom II or any other ps2 game for that matter(online glitching is another reason).I get the most annoying screaming in my ear kids or teamkillers or just plain idiotic people.I never have that problem on xbox live. 7)I don't know about the rest of you,but...I am looking forward to Hi-Def support on the xbox.Ps2??Hi-Def???doesn't exsist.

Xbox has deception in widescreen. and if you haven't played an xbox game in widescreen HD then you are missing out. It looks like a different videogame system from the year 2010 or something.

I choose the PS2, even though the X-Bpx has four different collectors edition versions.
