I, too, would like this game to congradulate and thank the MK Team. I just hope they weren' influenced a little too much by the online community.

But from what I've seen, MK Deception is going to be bloody good. And I'm hoping for more stages than I've seen so far!

I think it's fair to say they were heavily influenced by the online community though- at least, in terms of the character roster. When the feedback rolls in proper, with both positive and negative comments (ie, "Smoke! Cool!" or "Gameplay! WTF?!"), I wonder how it'll affect the way they listen to fans in the future?

Nice thread, by the way. I'm sick of these "I told you the gameplay would suck" posts on certain other threads.

I'll 3rd that, good job Boon & Co. Imagine what MK7 will be like if MKD is any indication, eh?

Yeah or the "OMG LOLS I GET MKD 2MORROW"! I too have to wait a month being aussie.

The MK team have done great with keeping us occupied and not revealing everything (I dont know about da, I wasnt on mko then).

I bet mk7 will have "Proper" fighting engine. Mk7 will own so bad! For now its mkd owning

I wonder if they'll make like a large game with every MK character, using the Deception game engine, on Next Gen. consoles? They could just call it something like "Mortal Kombat Trilogy 2".

The only thing is that if they use mk4/da characters it wont be trilogy, it should Ultimate MK 3D or something. I really hope if that happens there will be a mk8..

When DA came out, everything was known about 2 weeks before the release, so this is defiently a great job, and I dont blame them now for trying to keep it all confidential, it spoils everything.

I have not played the game, but i am POSITIVE that it will be amazing! Thank you for all the hard work you guys put in it, and thank u for makin this game especially for us MK FANS. I really appreciate your hard work and no matter what, i am going to be a MK fAN. You guys are great and i really hope Mortal KOmbat becomes even more popular than it is now! THANK YOU for your hard work!
