I hear you bro... Why would you (the winner) want to kill yourself? The person who should be given the oppurtunity to do the hari kari should be the loser. It should be a race between the winner and the loser to see if the winner can do a fatality before the loser kills him or herself.

I don't think they mean you kill yourself when you are the winner, would not make sense anyway. I thought in other articles it was said that it also could be a 'race' to who does the first fatality move.

The Hari Kari move is where the loser kills themself, rather than letting their opponent perform a fatality, not the winner killing themself.

Yeah that seems a little weird. In one of the trailers we saw Hotaru do a Hari Kari on himself whilst the other person is wobbly and about to have a fatality done on them.

I think is the most stupid idea ever. And quite pathetic too. If you win the fight you earn the right to vanquish your opponent, IMO ayways.
I see it as a lame idea and as a waste of space.

Boon has said "hari kari" more than once now...whether or not it should be "hara kiri" is a different issue. I don't think that they would allow the winner to kill themselves, the whole point of the hari kari was to allow the loser one last chance at a shred of dignity. It's meant to be a race to the finish(ing move).

no way, it should be in it. I wanted that since mk2. But of what I've heard now, I then had some better ideas.

In the Gamespot movie e3 demonstration. Boon says the winner kills them self. I hope he was high or something and boofed up what he meant to say.

I think that he may have just stated it wrong in the interview because in another article they said it would be a reace to see who cold finish themself off or get killed. Maybe they changed it, and if they did then i think that kari karis would be the stupidest things ever. There r really cool if u do it if ur the loser though
