I reserved it from there fine but it was a month ago. Maybe they already have all of the collector's ones reserved. Or maybe they are just dumb.

You need to make sure that you specifically reverse the Kollectors edition. I reserved MK thinking that both would be reserved for me as they do with Halo if you pre-ordered it long enough ago, but I asked and it wasnt.
So I had to switch it over to Kollectors edition, but the recipt still doesnt say that on there. It just says Mortal Kombat Deception (1x)

if gamestop were a human being, it would be a white trash whore and be beaten to death by rabid donkeys with enflamed testicles on either cops or jerry springer.

My receipt also says "Mortal Kombat 1x" and I went back to gamestop to make sure I was getting the kollector's edition. There's a number on your receipt, I think it's on the left of where Mortal Kombat 1x is. Well, the guy I spoke to typed that number into the computer and that determined which mk I was getting and he definitely said the number on my receipt determined that I was getting the kollector's edition. Just go back to gamestop, give them your receipt, and ask them if you're definitely getting the kollector's edition just to make sure.

I pre-ordered at Gamestop and it says 995071 Mortal Kombat Decept (1x). I specifically said the kollectors edition and 5 minutes later I went back into the store and asked a different guy what it said under my name just to be extra sure, he said "Mortal Kombat Deception Kollectors edition for Xbox" So it looks like I'm all set.
Forgot to mention, they actually emailed me a few days ago thanking me for pre-ordering MK Deception Kollectors edition.

I pre-ordered mine off of the internet from EB and it was the Kollectors Edition for the Xbox, they had a special offer "One Day Free" air shipping. So I know for sure i'm getting the right one!

995071??? What the fuck?! Mine says 995070 Mortal Kombat Deception (x1). I specifically asked the guy at Gamestop like 3 times if the pre-order that he punched in for me was for the Premium pack and he said that that was the sku number he saw in the computer. Besides, my receipt shows $63.89 so it had damn well better be otherwise I'm going to have to end lives at that place. Maybe my 995070 is for PS2.
It better be. furious
