Help with downloading Gamespot videos

i went to gamespot and when i try to download them, it just stops when the little box comes on my screen then i have to restart my computer what can i do about it?

I also have trouble. A box comes up saying that it won't download because of my ActiveX controls, but I've checked and it's all secure.
