Hints You Have Discovered!! Post Them Here
The guy in the Mcast said there are hints the mk commuinty has not pick up on to piece together the roster.
1. This one hint I believe reveals an MK character which is baraka. The original picture of these two boxers have been discovered. They added spikes to the back of his head to make him resemble baraka.

2. On the NOOB sight, it says there will be blood, I think that's self explainatory.

Hmmm.. I dunno. I suppose it's not completely out of the question. Baraka's not exactly unpopular after all.

I beg to differ. Now, I may be wrong about this, but I have never heard any MK fan get excited about Baraka appearing. He seems to be one of those characters that everyone overlooks and doesn't seem to care if he's in the game. I think that Ed Boon and co. really like him, whenever he appears in a game they always make a big deal about it and call him a popular character. I have never recognized him as a popular character, he's kinda right in the middle of the spectrum of popular-unpopular and like-hated as far as MK characters go - and he's certainly not that iconic. I really hope he's not in the game.

If catbitch is in the game...so should Baraka

On the noob.com web site it has a picture of Daniel Day-Lewis in Paul Thomas Anderson's "There Will Be Blood". When Day-Lewis won BAFTA, Screen Actors Guild Award for his role in There Will Be Blood, he dedicated it to Heath Ledger. Maybe a hint towards The Joker appearing in this game?

I hope he's not in either. I'm certainly not a fan. I never said Baraka was anywhere near "iconic" status. However, while he's definitely not the MOST popular MK character, he certainly isn't unpopular. If you look at my post, I AM kind of skeptical about the whole "Baraka in MK vs. DC" thing. I was merely pointing out that what this guy suggests is not completely ridiculous. It could be a clue about Baraka. Though I am hoping it's not.

That's a pretty astute observation and certainly the sort of hint that Midway would do. May or may not come to fruition, but good job.

I think that this defines Baraka (and Stryker as well):

Gotta love the hints, some of which I like to wait it out and that way adds more mystery to it

No.
Im not a fan of Baraka, but he is definitely not as un-popular or as hated as you suggest with that “The Wesley” link.
And Baraka is iconic in the way that he is very well recognized among the general public, but he isnt as iconic as other characters who have actually done more crucial and important things in the story.
I do agree with you that he is in the middle, but your last comment with the link puts him in a very different position, one which is hardly true. I have heard of a few people hating the character, but not as much as to think the creators love him enough to keep bringing him back despite a "huge gerenal hate". Thats not true.
He isnt hated, he isnt super loved. He is just in the middle.
And remember, he is well known, and he was very well received by fans when he was confirmed for MKD, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he makes the cut, though I prefer other characters to be in his place...other more iconic crucial characters.
Stryker is also most certainly not The Wesley of MK. He doesn't have a Mary Sue quality. In other words, he has never had any major focus put on him and, in fact, never did anything noteworthy in the story. This makes him simply unpopular, not a "Wesley".
No, The Wesley of MK has got to be Shujinko.

If you go to Ed Boon's official website http://www.noob.com/ the main page's picture of the man with his hat might be a clue that Kung Lao will be available in MK vs DC.
I know the main reason of this picture when it was first displayed, but we have to think further than that. Did you ask yourself why this particular picture was chosen from the movie? The picture might have more than one reason. Some people think that this is an old news and could not be a hint of Kung Lao. Why not? The team didn't decide on including hints the moment they revealed it to us, they have already been working on it before our notice which is normal in business or marketing plans.
