Can someone describe what Hotaru looks like in a deep description?

You cant really see him that closely in the PSM, but he resembles quan chi. It also looks like he has alot of body armor on.

I haven't seen him... but I think I heard something about him being like a kind of chubby samurai warrior with a sword thing... not sure

Hotaru kinda looks like what I would picture a general of the Dragon King's army to look like. I dunno...just a thought...but you would think since the Dragon King is now back in the mortal killing business that he would have a baddie or two that represents his massive army...
