I got 2 but they might be wrong train with Sub-Zero and Liu Kang I'll give u 2 possible ways 1 of each I know the liu kang one is 13 but I might not get the buttoms write so just try it out. (All buttons in ps2 form)
Liu Kang: (first stance) square,square, x (or triangle one of them) then L1, then as they're in the air (or ground I fogret) press square then up triangle (it's just one of his transition combo's in the command list) then when they're in the air hit down forward x so u do the bicycle kick if done right u get about 13 or 14 hits off.
Sub-Zero: Shotokan as stance go square,triangle,circle,L1,square,square,triangle( they hit ground wait till they bounce up and go) square,square,triangle if it gets u 9 then freeze him before it I'm pretty sure the freeze adds an extra hit even though it doesn't add damage.

you need to do a 10 hit combo? just go to training, and play as differnet characters, then pause and look in their moves list
look for button combos (mostly going to be stance link combos) that involve at least 9 or 10 button presses
then practive in training until you find someone with an easy one / until oyu get good with one
baraka has a nice 11 hit combo that isnt too difficult to pull off
1, 1, 3, SC, (this juggles them in the air, move forward a step and then continue with) then 1, 2, SC, 3, 2, 1, 1
it will take you a couple tries you need to get the timing and the distance right (make sure you dont have him cornered because baraka needs room) but what happens is a lot fo time not all of the hits connect so if you miss 1 you will still get a 10 hit combo
plus the combo is absolutely sweet looking

I have one for kenshi:
2,2,2,CS,4, CS,B+2,B+2, Tele flurry I just beat him about an hour ago with kenshi. you have to get the white lotus headband and do most of the missions for it before you get imprisoned.

with liu kang do a two hit combo that pops them in the air and catch them with a bicycle kick and wen fighting johnny cage do a 4 hit pop up in nunchaku then catch them with a bicycle kick
bicycle kick is worth 8 hits if you are not near a wall
