I cant save smoke and kiras endings to my memory card

I finished the game with them and they are still not there... Am I missing something or doing something wrong. I kinda left off and then I realized I got 3 or 4 more characters to do but they wont save now any help?...

make sure you're logged on to your profile when you beat arcade. Otherwise it won't save them to your memory card.
