I was walking around in Outworld and found a small recess in the mountain at A-8. I sat there and meditated and only between 7pm and 8 pm and she appeared for that one hour and handed me 600 saphire koins. I know it's nothing major, but I thought I would mention it.

i found her too after i beat Konquest last week. she's hard to beat! but at least its great to see her again.

Yup, and she's there before you beat konquest because I haven't finished it yet but when I was in the same area that you mention she was there for a very short time, and also gave me 600 koins.
