If he is (which I highly doubt) then he has a really bad sense of humor. I'm sure there are some super unlockables, somewhere.

Exactly. Besides, you just continue playing and if you find secret stuff, then that's it!. It's not like you're making a big sacrifice or something.
When I get the game I'll start trying for secret stuff too, even though I don't usually post here unless I have something new to say(which is pretty difficult right now as I've seen like 1000 threads many containing the same information, heh); I'll of course try, while I play. -

Very intersesting.
Only things that are suspect are:
No announcer saying 'Jax Wins'
No 'Finish Him' after the 2nd round win
And Cage still has the Nanchuka altho Kang has it now.
Still great find tho.

Yea but there was a nasty rumor going around sayin the SU's were gonna just be some MK:DA people thrown in, same moves/fatals. If that's the case, that could explain the things missing you mentioned.
Great find tho

Yeah the no "Jax Wins" being said is kinda suspicious. Although, the no finish him may be caused by there being 3 rounds and the video just no being recorded for 3 rounds. Just a thought.

Noone said that the Super Unlockables would have the same moves/fatals; THE ONLY thing said was that there were Super Unlockables AND that they were supposed to be characters from MKDA. However, it would be possible that they had their old moves...but I think than even so they should support completely all of MKD's features. Also, they should have two fatals(even though if one of them is the same) and a hara-kiri, that's one of the main features; also like being named when winning, etc.

What's so suspect about "Jax wins" not being said in the video? Have you not battled him in Konquest? Have you not noticed the resounding silence when that very same phrase is not uttered when he beats you there?
I like how someone posts PROOF of these characters being playable and everyone's all "Interesting...but blah, blah, blah, freakedy, blah". It's PROOF dammit. Now quit pontificating on why it doesn't say finish him or why ports of old characters in a previous game have old styles used by other people and freaking find them already!

So that's "PROOF"....okey, then tell me how to get them WITHOUT USING CHEATS NOR HACK PROGRAMS(AKA GAMESHARK, ETC). If you do, and works for everyone, THEN it is a Super Unlockable. All I'm saying is that it is PROOF that the character is in the game....it's obvious you fight him. But is it PROOF of it being a Super Unlockable?....I don't think so. Super Unlockables are those characters that after doing certain actions in the game are UNLOCKED for you to play with them...I'm sure the guys at Midway didn't think to tell us: "Yes, there are super unlockables...go and buy Action Replay(or GameShark) and enter these codes...there you go!!".
If you wanna do that, go ahead...I'm just saying that seeing a video in which the character is fighting against another doesn't mean it is an unlockable, it means it is in the game and could be unlocked by someway hacking the game(or if it is in fact unlocked without codes...then just tell us all how to do so).

I consider it proof by the fact that the code exists for these characters to be playable in Kombat. Just as the code exists for Onaga, Monster and slew of other characters to be playable in Puzzle Kombat. No hack programs can just pull these things out of thin air. Midway had to program all these things in for a reason. Cearly there's a way to do it without hacks.
And STFU Kenshi. If your pal from EB told you this shit was in the game, you'd be all over his nutsack. Go suck a fat one.

1. If anyone gives up on super unlockables a week after the game comes out, then you don't deserve super unlockables..
2. Though the announcer doesn't say, "Jax wins," this could be because the guy used hacks to unlock things. It might be possible that when you unlock things the correct way, other things in folders and programming and such happens so that things like the announcers voice for SU's are available.
3. I read somewhere that all characters will be playable on puzzle kombat. I also saw a picture on MK:D's photo section, where there is a guy and behind him is a screen with the puzzle fighters fighting eachother in normal kombat (with the finalized version of the life bars and names and such). I don't know...just thought I should add my 2 cents.

Lets not forget that Moloch was also playable with a hack in the last game but you could not get him legitimately.
Although I do think it would be a waste to have so many Deadly Alliance models in the code and offer no way to play as them without a hack.

People like you who post unconfirmed bullshit really get on other people's nerves, so please shut up and stop posting stuff that Brady Games supposedly told you.

LoL, i feel a little sorry for Brady Games! Anyway, I have a very interesting revelation to bring up here.. Please note the Kollectors disk and how the fighting character models are used on the biographies.. Thus, notice the new and revamped model of Goro in the bio section... The team would NOT create such an elaborate model of Goro simply for a kollectors disk.. I have reason to believe that he may be a super unlockable! It takes A LONG TIME to construct the character models in a game such as this, and a lot of money! Therefore, I don't believe the Mortal Kombat team would waste money on producing an elaborate character model for a kollector's edition which won't sell as many copies as the main version.. I strongly suggest for somebody with a hacker to locate character models on the Main Deception disk to see if Goro's character model exists on the disk or is hidden somewhere on the disk!
