I agree with you, there is no way that they are already selling MK: D this early. I called the local EB Games and they said that they are gettin their shipment of Mk: D on Saturday but can't sell it till the 5th cuz if they sell it early they can get fined for it. I know that Wal-Mart would not start selling it early.
