I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that the the future of MK will be tied in with the wii!

The System absolutely gives you so many more options and creative manuevers that could not have been aplied before.

If anyone has played this version, post youre thoughts here!!

No absolutely not. Do not get it unless

A) You've never played it on the PS2 or x-box
B) You want to try the wii controls
C) A rental to try out khamelion or Endurance mode.

Seriously, MK: A on the Wii is an awesome game from the 2-3 hours I've played of it. I'm definitely having more fun with it than I did the PS2 Version.

Why do you always seem so convinced that it's going to happen? 360 and PS3 are much much much more powerful than the Wii.

There are many Playstation 3 or xbox 360 games that are ported to the Wii why not?

Powerful systems don't make for a fun game. Which, at this point, is what I'm looking for in Mortal Kombat.

Good point and more so on lori's comment that I wish to add to that is this.

Why is it that people think because of it's "power" that it's everything? It's not, gameplay, modes the game overall is what really counts. In a lot of way the wii version is better then the other two.The only thing it lacks is online play and you can't blame midway for that, it's nintendo's fault since they didn't have it up and running. And FTR I'm a fan of both mk and nintendo.

Another point I wish to make is this, for the people that keep saying "why make a wii version"?

umm you know there ARE Nintendo fans out there a lot of them that don't have PS2 or Xbox. That's why.wink
