I know, I really want to know what happened to Kano. Did he die? I know for a fact that Mavado fought Kano in Deadly Alliance because it was confirmed that Mavado stopped Kenshi from spying on the Deadly Alliance in Outworld. Remember, Quan Chi and Shang Tsung were to reward Mavado a chance to fight Kano in a classic one on one fight. I hope Kano did not die, I feel like he is the true dog in Mortal Kombat.
Plus, Kano can't go out unless it is by Sonya's hands only.

I would think they would kill off mavado before they killed off kano. I am sure he is hiding under a rock somewhere for now.

He's in Outworld,at least he was in Konquest.Very much alive i might add.

well kira is just like having kano look different and not have the laser attack. she has one of his styles ( i can;t remember if both), his weapon style and his cannon ball. not much to miss right? but anyway he is probably dead since shang stung had liu kang's soul, and liu kang was inside kano remember?

I was saying that because Kira has Kano's Cannonball and Sonyas Kiss of death special move...thers probably something else similar to sonya too.

In Kabal's MK: Deception ending, Havik took Onaga's heart because it can resurrect the dead, then Kabal killed Havik and took the heart because "it would be useful for the Black Dragon someday." (Or something like that)
So, if Kabal has possession og Onaga's heart, and has the ability to resurrect the dead, then it it likely he'd resurrect Kano if he's dead.
Heck, he might even resurrect Jarek.

You've made some really good points about Kabal which has got me thinking..
I have a couple things to say about the whole Kano/Mavado/Kabal thing.
I believe that Mavado did infact kill Kano in the ending. I don't really like or hate Kano either way, so this was fine with me although I am a little biased towards Mavado because I'm actually one of the few people who like him. I'm hoping he comes back somehow (with a better Fatality, please!). Like John Vogel has said, however, no one in the Mortal Kombat universe really dies.
Secondly, I think that Kabal killed Mavado and thus got his hookswords back.
I've always liked Kabal simply because he's always been a mystery. It's really interesting to see how he has evolved storywise. In MK3 he was one of Raiden's chosen and had just abandoned the Black Dragon for reasons which aren't explained. This always lead me to believe that he was a good aligned character which he may have been. In Deception it seems that Kabal has really gone the way of the darkside.. what with killing Havik and pitting Kobra against Kira. In remaking the Black Dragon, I think Kabal likes to be the leader, although he did say he would never question his loyalty to the clan. Because of this, I can't be too sure whether or not Kabal will revive Kano (or Jarek.. heh) if his ending is canon.
