I pushed start on this character and i think another appeard and then went away?

i was playing 2 player with my friend and i thought i would try out noob and smoke and i pushed start and there pic changed and it looks like reptile but looks like scorpion? http://members.cox.net/wolfwoodard/100_0360.JPG

maybe this a step toward a real SU but i have real proof can some one help me?
Refrain from putting Spoilers and Secret Characters within the Subject Line. It's disrespectful to the users that still like a few surprises within their game.

I certainly did not see anything remotely like Reptile in the video or screen.
And I know even more that the voice announcer did not even begin to pronounce Reptiles name or anyone but Noob-Smoke's

I have no clue what makes you think it looks like Reptile. He's yellow, and has Scorpion's costume. But I've seen similar things happen when you try to select an alt. The system just didn't load the alt's preview pic fast enough. It's nothing special. Though I'd love to see Reptile in the game... He's my favorite char. But it'd just be weird fighting Onaga with him, considering Onaga has possessed his body and all...
