Nope becuase they even showed me a demo of Jade in an unseen alt. fighting some mysterious warrior and while I was there the guy was on the phone saying "So you'll have MKD here by tomorrow ready to play?? Great thanks"

I called the one across town. He said, "We'll have it on October 5'th".

In our E-mail box at work EB games, it says that the u.s. based stores will receive it earliest on oct. 4 whereas canada will have it on shelves oct. 5. So I think that either you or the EB employee is mistaken.

Jade's alt outfit pic has been posted already for awhile now so i don't know what he's talking about.

I'm just messing around with you guys I'd be jumping off walls if it came out tomorrow I live in New York and I made that up.

ok.....this sounds like a RUMOR...and it problably is, on the officail websites(Gamespot,eb,etc) the shipping day says oct 4th...
i know for a fact that some poeple have the gmae right now cuz a guy on my friends list named COLT is playing MKD on XB Live right now. i dont know if he works for midway or what but the game is out there right now but my point is it wont be shipped to stores untill the 4th according to stores

First off, The game will ship early, games always do, they always will. I know this for a fact so unless your the manager of midways (DISTRIBUTORS) shipping dept, dont tell us otherwise.
I called 2 eb's 2 gamestops.
1 eb said the 4th
the other said the 5th.
1 GS said the 2nd one said the 5th.
The one thing in common with the 2 guys who said the 5th is you could hear them typing like they didnt have a effin clue they were looking up information.
Now, I have a friend a girl named megan kroll at the Bradley TOYS R US.
She does overnight stocking of the trucks, She said there is a good chance itll come in on friday or saturday and be on the self the following morning. Cuz toys r us stocks games when they get them in.
And that holds true Ive gotten several games there early.
BTW This is my 1st post all this pointless back and forth is driving me nuts.
The bottom line is no one knows for sure, The only thing that anyone knows for sure is when midways distributors are going to ship it, Midway dont even know when itll hit shelves becus diff stores will stock it when they get it or on the date they were told.
I remember years ago a local small shop sold MK2 SNES edition 2 days early cuz they had such a craze and wanted to out sell the giants(eb/ect) and eb found out and sold theres 2 days early too.
So you really never know all depends on when trucks come in.

I am gonna talk to gamerush and see when they are getting it in.

my gamestop (in oklahoma) sed the 5th.

I work in retail and the game more then likley will be shipped before the 4th.The safe thing to do is chech every store near you.I bet some will have it out on the 4th in the afternoon or late at night.Some may slide the game out the night before.I have bought many games a day or two early just keep your eyes open.
