yes it is the best but I wont buy one single mk game anymore. I dont blast my $ into a couple of guys asses who think the can laugh at us and treat us like $shit. The have lost a part of the fanbase yesterday.

I think deception is a GREAT game, and I really couldn't be happier with it. Although MK3 is my favorite, Deception is the best

lol off topic but nice sig raptoras also in my opinion u have to admit that mortal kombat 3d games from mk 4 to present they have come along way and have imo improved with every release. I think that deception is by far the best out of the series and BUT my fav. out of them all would have to be mk3 with a wide selection of players and numerous amount of fatalities... fun for the whole family

To me Deception doesn't beat MK: DA which is my fav MK game by far. The biggest problem to me with Deception's fighting engine is that it is to slow. If you attack you are left open for counter attack. In MK: DA the attack recovery time is much faster than MK Deception. Deception too me is too defensive. MK: DA was all about being the aggressor. Thats what I like about MK being the aggressor and attack hand to hand face to face. Deception does you allow you to that but not as fast as MK: DA. Also the return of special moves to me wasn't such a good idea especilly if you play the game online.
Though players can abuse so many things online , special moves to me has brung down the hand to hand fighting experance from MK: DA that I love. MK: DA had few special moves. So the only way if you wanted to win was to attack. In Deadly Alliance ( do to its fast recovery attacks) tons of stuff happened. In Deception to slow attacks make things so much easier to counder attack. One of the main things I wanted Decpetion do to was make a faster version of already great fighting system of MK: DA's. Playing Deception online to me has brought up some serious issues about MK7. Throwing seem to a problem when it comes to throw abusers now this to me warrents a reverseal throw system for MK7 online.Also same with special moves, a aggressor like meter that when filled or lit should allow the user to be able to use 1 or 2 special moves and that should be it. In all I want MK7 to be more hand to hand and a bit lets combo based. Deception is a great game, but to me MK: DA is better.

It seems as if 99% of the people who bought this game are now disappointed with the entire game because it didn't include a super unlockable.
Honestly, had there been a super unlockable, I think you guys would have been upset over who it was. There seems to be no way to please you guys.
Although I liked Deadly Alliance better, this game is pretty damn good with or without secrets. Did you really want another Blaze and Mokap anyway?

The game is fine the way it is imo.You'll see people say it sux now because of no more hidden characters.Oh boohoo no more SU's.I like the game the way it is,the gameplay could be tweaked or revamped,but otherwise i'm find with it.I didn't realize that hidden characters made the game great.As I recall Blaze and mokap,alot of people were griping about.I rather have deception the way it is rather than throw 2 more unfinished characters in the mix.Quality over quantity imo.Boon and Co. make alot of fun yes,but i don't think that people should take that so personal as if it was pointed towards them directly.They just won't give out the secrets they worked hard to put in there.So they have to lighten up the situation and be funky about it.I have and always will support MK point blank period.If you took offense from Boon and Co. being funny and having a good time,then you have some personal issues you need to deal with.I'll easily shell out the 50$$ for MK7.As long as they keep giving quality,I have no problems.

How can not having 1 secret character make MKD a bad game?
We STILL don’t even know for sure if there are any, but if there aren’t, what the hell, the game is FUN and its AMAZING! I would had loved to play as my favorite character (Sonya) or see other cool characters instead of the ones we had, BUT YOU CANT PLEASE EVERYONE!!!!
MKD is an outstanding game, definitely the best (for me at least). I liked many many things from MKDA better, but still, MKD tops that game.
In conclusion, I respect your disappointment with Fight Night and the Mk Team, BUT to make such a big deal for something as simple as secret characters is crap.

I mean, did you even read over or think about what you just posted?
As far as the game goes...there are a few gameplay tweaks I'd have liked to have seen, even the return of classic challenges in arcade or versus mode would have been nice, but the game is still fun.
I find it funny when people freak out about the lack of a "Super unlockable" when we have so much added to this game for value and replayability.
We have not only a fighting game, but a chess game, a puzzle game, and a GTA styled Konquest game which adds loads of replay and added value. Top it all off that all modes can be played online (save for Konquest..maybe next game with a MMORPG feel?) with other people, voicechat and textchat included and you have a really enjoyable game in your hands.
Hell we got our huge dose of fatalities and characters returning loads of us wanted! We got weapons we could grab in arenas!
And still people neglect to see those factors and the additions we wanted that were listened to by the MK Team....a lot of you need to grow up a little and have a bit more maturity than what you've shown.
The game is well worth the money I paid...for two console versions of it.
