-Noob Smoke both in ther MK2 outfits

It would also be cool to see liu kang with no hair, and wearing traditional shoalin cloths.

Or what of Hotaru wearing one of those wigs that judges wear since he wants order, and he could have differnt pair of flags.

Mileena with a mask and some spiced up pink outfit.
Sub-Zero in his MKDA classic outfit but his arms and face would be ice.
Ermac without skin in a kool ninja outfit. You could see the souls swirling around inside of him.

Mileena's MKGold outfit or her Trilogy outfit.
Sub-Zero wearing his MK3 unmasked outfit only with hair. I don't like his old geyser look. Hes a video game character, he shouldn't age!
Sindel wearing her hair in a ponytail like Kitanas in MKDA and weraing a black shiny catsuit.
For gods sake shes thousands of years old she needs to wear pants!

This might sound weird but wouldnt it be cool if Ermac was shirtless, and you could see a dozen faces sticking out he's body, all with different sizes, the reason why you see a bunch of faces is because Ermac is composed of many warriors.
When Ermac gets hit, all the faces scream with him, and there could be a face on his hand and all he's telikinetic ablilities come from the mouth of the face.

Scorpion with his gold ninja outfit(pimped out and dangerous) with a long white robe with fur on the bottom and on the neck, with a flaming right hand. His mask will cover his whole head, even the eyes. Fighting for good, only for a short period of time though.

ya it would be cool to have one where you could see the souls inside of Ermac floating around close to his body and them poking through his skin, also it would be cool to have one where havik had a ninja type suit with armour plates simlar to mavodos in da, oh and a ninja suit for scorpion(simlar to his da suit one of his best ever,i loved that costume)

Those are some cool ideas.
