My hearts says Kitana, but I think she might need a bit of a rest, so... I'll go with either of the two characters who I thought had the most potential in MK:DA, who were Nitara and Drahmin.

I think Drahmin, in terms of character design and backstory, is largely unappreciated, so I'll go with him.

I always loved Kintaro as a sub-boss.

He was harder than Goro, and probably the most challenging sub-boss to date. Other than a cameo in MKT for the PS....we've really seen very little of this character...he seems like one of the few characters that doesn't have any demand, fan-wise, on top of that, how badass could he look in 3D, with the tiger stripes down the back? I think he'd look pretty awesome.

Reiko is in the same boat, but he just wouldn't be as visually stunning to see in 3D as Kintaro, but he'd probably also offer ALOT more storywise, to make up for it.

I'd like to say Kitana, but I think she needs a rest.
So I'd go with Sareena as my choice. She has massive potential and could be have one of the best storylines. I've been hoping for her since MK: Mythologies.

If not Sareena then Reiko, Sektor, Shao Kahn or Kintaro.

My top five:

1) Reiko
2) Frost
3) Drahmin
4) Stryker
5) Sektor
I believe all these people deserve a second chance.

or kitana, and I don't understand why so many people say "she needs to sit on a game or two." If you throw out all those upgrades to origanl games,she's been in 2 games, 3 tops if you include MKG.

I would say Kitana, but seeing as how she will still be involved in the storyline of Deception, I would rather see Rain or someone else who's story hasn't been expanded much.

Reiko is another character I'd like to see back just to know what happened to him after MK4 and wether or not he would have any importance in the future.

The same can be Stryker, Fujin, Kai, and a few others I can't think of right now (too lazy to keep listing names)

Again, I would like to see Kitana playable, but seeing as how she will still be important to Deception's story, I can wait until MK7 to play her again.

Who knows, she could be unlockable in Deception. That'd be cool.

Sonya, unless there is a VERY good storyline reason why she's not in. Then my second choice would be Fujin. He's a character with potential that needs another chance.
