nah cause sub zero was ALWAYS out for revenge, ever since MK1. he was just going after sub zero though, then found out that quan chi was the true culprit.

Another role for Scorpion? Somehow, I don't see it happening. Scorpion fans wouldn't be too happy about him in another role and so the MK Team keep dragging on this revenge storyline. It makes him seem 'badass'.

The thing is, without it, Scorpion has no purpose! With no purpose, he doesn't need to be in MK and they want to keep him around. Especially since Scorpion is a fan fave and Boons fave. So they are bound to keep stretching it out until people complain about it!

If he did kill Quan Chi in MKDA, I'd like to either see him leave the series, or find out it wasn't Quan Chi that murdered his family.

but Y-K-W, quan chi DID kill scorpion's family, it was confirmed in MK4 in scorpion's ending [quan chi said it himself, that he killed them, from what i remember] i am also a scorpion fan, he's my favorite character... i kick ass with him, i'd hate it if they took scorpion out of MK...MK just wouldnt be MK without scorpion..

Yeah, but wouldn't it be strange for Scorpion to finally get his "revenge" when all of a sudden he doesn't disappear, that means he never really got it, and all we can do is speculate on who really did it.

Scorpion found out his family was killing MK4... then he went directly to kill Sub-Zero, found out Quan Chi did it... they went to Netherealm... maybe if he gets his revenge, Scorpion could either visit his wife and child's grave site in an ending or Raiden could be nice enough to let him see his family... then they go back to the heavens and Scorpion is in debted to the thunder god... or he finds out that Shang Tsung put his wife and child's souls in the Dragon King's army and he wants to kill the Dragon King to release them... thats slightly different that revenge...

I don't think scorpion would become Guardian of the netherrealm appointed by raiden. For one Raiden really doesn't have the authority anymore to appoint guardians, since he is just a normal diety. Plus what is there really to protect in the netherrealm. I guess the role of guardian would be somewhat reversed.. would protect people from leaving.

I think if scorpion ever get's his revenge he will probbly be able to rest in peace in the netherrealm. I suspoes another supporting story could be that, because he destroyed the threat he is given a choice. Return to rot in the netherrealm, or have his physical form continue to exsists on earth or Edenia to help protect those realms.

What if, after killing Quan Chi and avenging his family, Scorpion goes after Shang Tsung to get back his Humanity?

If scorpion succeeded at his goal, he would go back home and look at the flowers and the birds fly. lol joke.

if scorpion succeeded n his goal probably in his mk:d ending it would probably say"for many years scorpion has been chasing the person responsebale for his family murder and his clan.once thought to be sub-zero was not sub-zero was only responsabel for his murder not his family and clan the the sorcer quan chi showed up and said"i am the one youre looking for scorpion im responsabel for youre familys murder and clan"then quan chi send him in the 5th plane to the nether realm but scorpion did not go alone right before hi was send to the nether real he greabbed the sorcer quan chi and took him into the nether realm.there scorpion haunted quan chi evry day of his life in the nether realm but the sorcer found a portal to escape from the nether realm.scorpion too found a portal too but was far from his prey.when the specter scorpion went through a secret passege in quan chi's fortress he saw the 2 onis he encounter in the nether realm he fought themn braverly but was over powered by the 2 onis.the 2 onis couldnt eat the specter but they did something else.before shang stung closed the portal to the heavens they throwed the specter there and was ripped a part from his body.quan chi thought that scorpion was finally put to rest but quan chi was sadly mistaken scorpion attacked the sorcer in a surprise attack and scorpion looked the sorcer right to the eye and said"its finally over" the sorcer ran as far as he could but scorpion catched him and he killed the sorcer with his powerful attcks but rite before quan chi was kiled he said"sscorpion im nnootthe responsabel for youre familys murder only youre clan and i wouldd not tell u who it is"then the sorcer died then scorpion screamed out"noooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! im going to fine you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sektor 101 your story is stupid. In mkm and MK4 quan chi is responsible. As for scorp guarding the neatherealm, there is nothing to guard, its just a realm where you send evil spirits. He did beat and kill the first sub in MK1 and in his ending you see that he was sentenced to the netherealm since he was only allowed to avenge his death by defeating him and and not killing him. Ever since then he thinks that the current sub is the one he killed and follows him in order to finally defeat him still he thinking that his revenge wasn't complete. It wasn't until mk4 that he found out it was quan chi who killed his family and clan. I honestly don't know what would happen if scorpion would defeat quan chi. If quan chi died wouldn't he go to the neatherealm? The scorpion would go there and torture him for the rest of eternity. I don't even think that the creators and scorpion know what would happen.

Let me get this straight, Scorpion never ever cared for anything else than revenge. Bloody revenge.

First, he hunted down and killed Sub-Zero (MK1).Then, in MK2, he defeated Sub-Zero again who revealed to him that he was Classic Sub-Zero's younger brother. However, this ending never happened. That's why Scorpion tries to kill Sub-Zero in MK3 and MK4.

In MK4, Scorpion finally defeats Sub-Zero, however, Sub-Zero reveals to him that even though the Lin Kuei were responsible for the death of his clan, he didn't kill his family.

Quan Chi appaers, telling him that he killed Scorpions family in order te have Scorpion kill Sub-Zero.

Quan Chi tries to send Scorpion back to the Netherrealm, but Scorpion manages to drag him alongside with him. There, Scorpion beats up^Quan Chi whenever he can.

Quan Chi manages to escape however and Scorpion follows closely but gets transported to another part of Outworld (not the Tomb).

#1 Scorpion is defeated by the two Oni, Moloch and Drahmin, and is thrown into the Soulnado. As it is a portal to the Heavens, Scorpion hellspawn body is ripped apart by the Soulnado's purity.

2# Scorpion manages to defeat both Moloch and Drahmin and is finally able to confront Quan Chi. They both fight fiercly but in the end, Scorpion manages to overpower Quan Chi (damned Pi Gua Terror ) and he brutall kills Quan Chi.

His spirit can finally rest.

So, personally I don't think he'll try to become human or protector of anything. He just wants his revenge and that's it. He doesn't care for the Deadly Alliance itself, nor for the Dragon King. He's kinda selfish, isn't he :-p
