Kenshi was a free agent for the Special Forces, he was not bonded to that group. Kenshi is still a mysterious character who I think could join any side he desires.

I actually liked the idea of ggod being controled by evil. There have been cool posts about turing Sonya, Kitana and eve Rayden evil! I think it would kick ass!

I would really like to see a good guy go bad. That would be a definitely good story twist. I would love to see SubZero or even Kung Lao turn their back on the Earthrealm.

I could also see Bo Rai become evil. Also kitana due to the fact that sindel is in the game.

With subzeros dragon amulet, i'm more than certain he has a chance of becoming evil, just like alot others as well.

We already know frosts true intentions, so i wouldnt be suprised if i saw her join forces with mavado or sektor to take out subzero. This also applies to sareena.

Ermac is also a question. It got me thinking for a bit. I mean, just because kenshi releaved him from kahns control, doesnt mean he will turn good. Hes out to do whatever he wants, hes like a wildcard. Hes pretty much a scorpion without a mission.

I would also like to see something happen with cyrax. I want to see him reprogrammed to do some dirty work, atleast for a certain period of time. As for others turning evil, i'm gonna have to think about it more. I wouldnt like to see raiden turn evil, but i wouldnt mind it with another elder god. Hell, fujin is an acception.
